She just started solids and so I began to search for mesh feeders, because I assumed that was my only option. I was so wrong! These silicone feeders are everything I wanted and more! I was going to purchase just one to try out, but this was such a better value that I took the plunge and ordered this set. BEST PURCHASE EVER! First of all these are so easy for her to grip and feed herself, I was quite impressed with it. I love that it came with a clip, although it was a little difficult to get through the hole. Any pacifier clip would do. I love that it came with 2 additional feeders in different sizes and that they actually lock into place so that there is no chance that the chunks will fall out and choke her (this in itself was worth the extra cost). I've read some people complaints about the size, but honestly it's not meant to feed her meals, just to keep her occupied and give her a snack. I've put bananas, cooked apples, pears, avocados etc in it with no problem, and the clean up could not be simpler!! I am so impressed with this and it is by far the best baby purchase I've made for her! Review: Worth it! Durable and versatile - I bought this product as an alternative to the mesh feeders. I really couldn't be happier with it. It cleans easily and the Covers it so I can put it in the diaper bag with no problem. Yeah it's a little pricey, but the mesh feeder's are five dollars apiece and they're disgusting and fill with mold and whatever kind of gunk that doesn't wash out. I feel the smaller sizes with banana and then stuff it in the freezer so that when baby is teething I have something ready to go. It really is a quality product and a perfect shower gift idea!
