We wanted to upgrade our tree this year but also didn't have a large budget. I found this one and I am so glad I did. I was looking for a full tree. One that gave an appearance from a distance that I could be real. This tree is wonderful! Was SO easy to put together. Took me 1hr to fully fluff but it's so worth the work. It's beautiful and worth every penny. I love that you can't see the middle like you can some fake trees. Also this tree provides plenty of plug ins for topper or decoration. And the cord to the tree it's self was long enough I didn't need anything extra. This tree was pretty before I even decorated. If you're looking for a full tree with a nice warm glow this is the one for you. Take the time to properly fluff it and it's spectacular.

I will start this review with the negative stuff: when I received the tree, the box was all mashed up, half open and didn't look at all like it was in the original packaging. I took it out and tried to assemble it, but it was clearly bent and broken in multiple places! I contacted the company and they told me to contact amazon. Amazon sent me a replacement, but then requested that I send the tree back. I have not yet done so because its just me over here, and its a super heavy box, and well... i'm not super excited to haul this thing anywhere. They sent me a replacement without receiving the broken one back, which was appreciated. The replacement was great, although the packaging again was half open and mashed up. When I saw it I thought for sure the tree would be damaged, but thankfully it was fine. It was very easy to assemble, and once i fluffed it up, it looks great. i bought a balsam scented candle from bath and bodyworks that i burn for a bit before people come over and they are fooled into thinking its a real tree. So, all in all it was a bit of a struggle, but I ended up with a great pre-lit tree that I will be able to use for the next forseeable future.

I love this tree. In fact I am on my second.. but there are flaws. I had one for 2 years. As per warranty all the lights quit working after 2 years. A couple of branches were yellow when I got it but I just put them in back but year 2 had several yellowed branches. Despite all of that I bought another one cause it’s so pretty..I’ve had new one 2 days and one light at top has already gone out. I wish it had more lights and that they were LED. It is very messy -limb pieces and glitter everywhere. I can deal with that -just sweep it up. I looked at a bunch of other trees and they just weren’t as pretty so I was a sucker and bought it again.

I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s a great tree. It’s a full and thick tree and the lights are distributed well and it looks expensive. I would highly recommend. I’m a tiny bit afraid to leave the lights on when I’m not at home because the leaves feel very plastic and i don’t want it to catch on fire, but I’m very happy

Worst tree I’ve ever bought. This thing is junk! I just spent 3 hours of my life that I can never get back setting this thing up. Some of the branches were completely disconnected where they attach to the pole where the hinge. Pins are missing to put them back on. It’s so bare, there are holes big enough for a child to climb through. This thing will definitely not be staying in my house so it was a complete waste of money. Lights are definitely not priority to this company as wires are a nightmare. You can tell by my pictures that a Charlie Brown tree looks better than this thing. The lower left side doesn’t have a branch where it should. Branches move back and forth and there are big gaps everywhere. No mater how you shape it you cannot make this tree look good.

I read some pretty negative reviews on here but my experience was that I’m very happy with this tree. When you first take the tree out of the box and of course, if it’s brand new, you have to take some time to fluff it up and set the branches where you want. It initially took some time, but it was definitely worth the effort because it’s a very nice tree and the lights look great. Hopefully this tree will last me a few few years.

This is a beautiful tree! I’m a very happy with the purchase. It’s pretty full and has enough lights. It looks like a natural tree. I was skeptical because I read some of the bad reviews, but i am very happy!

Beautiful tree and it's so convenient that it's pre lit. However the plugs for the lights are confusing and not marked in any way for convenience, and the lights have gone out after two years. Disappointed that it didn't last longer.
