All the quality without the cost!!!
This is a great quality hard clumping cat litter! I have tried many different brands in the past 6 months, but, since I am on a tight budget,I needed to find one that was just as affective as the expensive brands, but more wallet friendly. Dr. Elsey's Clean Tracks is that one!! Everything clumps perfectly, liquids and solids alike! It does clump the liquids extra hard of left to sit too long, but if you are like me, and you scoop the litter-box once a day, all you have to do is just run your scooper across the bottom, below the surface to loosen everything up before you start scooping. If you just start trying to scoop by starting at the top and working your way down towards the bottom, you're going to have a bit of a struggle. It seems that if you were to let it sit too long at a time it would probably be more like trying to scoop bricks. Scooping once a day is best as it doesn't give the larger pee clumps a chance to set up and stick to the bottom and get rock hard. This litter clumps quite nicely and doesn't fall apart into micro pieces that fall through the scooper like many of the low end brands do. This is like a high end litter at a low end price. Most cost somewhere around a dollar or more per pound...this litter is at least half of that and has all the performance qualities as the top shelf brands have! 40 lbs. for under $20 is a steal!! Especially for the great quality you get!!! Also, the amount of dust, even when pouring, is extremely low just like it says.(barely noticeable). This litter is unscented, yet, it still somehow masks the smell of any cat business going on. I am on day 4 and so far, so good...still no smell to speak of...and I havent had to change out the litter, add any additional litter, or add any masking powders to keep the smell down! There is a little bit of tracking but not enough to complain about. No litter is 100% track free. All around,& hands down, this stuff is worth every penny!!! I finally found a litter that checks all the boxes and doesn't cost a ridiculous amount of $money$!!! Oh, and my kitty likes it too!!! I highly recommend trying Dr. Elseys brand cat litter. You will NOT be disappointed!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely track-free, clumps amazingly. Very good litter
I have tried so many types of litter. One litter even could grow plants if you just threw it outside. That was weird. But I am here for Dr. Elsey's. They run out of stock. A lot. and sometimes I have to compromise on scent. but 40lbs of cat litter for $20? HUGE BAG. (my poor delivery driver) Thats amazing by itsself. Its clumping, works well, and barely tracks. Which is the biggest bonus of them all. That is why I have tried all the litters. Even the super expensive fancy schmancy kinds, dont beat out this one for tracking. My cat, has as bit of lasting brain damage from when I rescued him. He has always made a terrible mess of his litter box area and needs a hooded box, plus a litterbox enclosure with a maze to get out and then a rug on the floor outside of the enclosure. Even that- the mess was insane. And we were going through the litter! This one? Vacuum once or twice a week outside of the enclosure (instead of 2x daily) and my laundry room floors are finally litter free for months now thanks to this fantastic brand. Absorbs well, the unscented truly has no smell but the scented kinds arent overpowering like some brands. Regular clay litter, but somehow formulated for the easiest clean up by far.

Love this litter. Works very well.
I’ve been using Dr. Elseys clumping cat litter for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The first thing I noticed was how quickly it absorbs moisture. It clumps tightly, making it super easy to scoop and clean the litter box every day. I have two cats, and the litter does a great job of controlling odors, even after a full day. The scent is fresh but not overpowering, which is important for me because I don’t want it to overwhelm the room. Another feature I love is how low-dust it is. I’ve tried other brands in the past that made me sneeze every time I poured the litter, but this one has hardly any dust at all. It’s also gentle on my cats’ paws, which I really appreciate since my cat is quite sensitive to rough textures. The only downside I’ve noticed is a bit of tracking, but that’s common with most litters. I just use a mat under the litter box to help catch any stray granules. Overall, I think Dr. Elseys provides great value for the price. It's effective, easy to clean, and my cats seem to love it! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, low-dust, odor-controlling litter. Will definitely be buying it again.

Not low tracking
Nice cat litter for the most part although my cats still tracked this EVERYWHERE so I wouldn't say it was low tracking. It does clump fantastic though and does help with the smell.

Wow!
I first switched to Dr Elsey’s litter probably 10 years ago. I had a cat that kept going to the bathroom suddenly everywhere, but in the litter box. After binge watching my cat from hell, I think the show is called. I knew that she was doing it because she didn’t like something. I also took her to the vet to see if she had an infection but she did not previously I was using a very heavily scented Super lightweight litter from Walmart. I changed everything that she possibly could be hating about her litter box from removing the bag, to getting a bigger box, getting rid of the scented litter, getting rid of the lightweight litter that might get stuck in her feet, etc.. When I first tried this brand, it was the cat attract formula. I use that one or the one in the blue bag with some of the cat attract scent added in. It worked like a charm, and she started using the box again I kept using this brand in the blue bag because I really liked how hard it clumps when it clumps that hard. It’s super easy to scoop out and it keeps the rest of the litter, fresh or longer. I didn’t need the really strong smelling brand because it never stunk at all once I switched to this brand I’ve been a loyal user ever since. A few months ago this style was on sale somewhere and I thought I would try it. Holy cow it’s even better than the blue style! It clumps just as hard, still no smell, and it really really does reduce the amount of tracking. It cost a little bit more than the other style, but it’s worth it. I’ve also noticed that I seem to go through less litter and the bags are lasting longer, so it actually might even be a better deal than the previous sale that I was using. I highly recommend Dr. Elseys litter, no matter which style you choose. You really can’t go wrong. This is a really premium brand and worth every penny.

unscented
The best part about this product is it's unscented. It holds moisture and works well.

Works Well but Still A Bit Messy
I recently purchased the low-tracking litter, hoping it would solve the mess around my cat's litter box. While it does perform well in terms of odor control and clumping, it unfortunately still tracks as much as regular litter. The litter itself is of good quality. It forms solid clumps that are easy to scoop, and I noticed a significant reduction in litter box odors. My cat seems to like it, and the dust is minimal, which is a big plus for us. However, I was hoping for a noticeable decrease in tracking. Despite the "low tracking" label, I still find litter trails around the house, just like I did with regular litter. It's a bit frustrating because that was the main reason for choosing this product. Overall, this litter is a solid choice if you're looking for good clumping and odor control. But if you're looking to drastically reduce tracking, you might want to explore other options.

Best Litter For Absorbing Odors
The best kitty litter I’ve ever used. My kitty doesn’t track it throughout my home, the ingredients are safe and is great at clumping which makes it easy to clean. The price is reasonable compared to other brands I’ve tried. But the best feature is that it absorbs the smells. Guests comment that my home does want smell bad like others. I’ve recommended it to others. My kitty likes it too!
