I've never felt my hair like this, It is extremely light with a real natural clean feeling, it was never dry after the wash, it feels very hydrated (a problem I have with most shampoo and conditioners) and I don't have the same frizz I do with other washes. My wife has had the same experience and she was extremely impressed, a first for her as well. I love the mint, idk what's recommended but the longer you leave in the conditioner the more the mint works giving that relaxing cold feeling while in a warm shower.
