First time use and it sticks to me instead of the trainer when removing. BUT seems like a decent product for the price.

Excellent product that comes in handy if you have / use the tactical X ab workout simulator. Since each piece only lasts about 15-20 uses I say you will definitely need this item. Absolutely recommend getting them in this amount, especially if you use the simulator on a daily basis. Great price the the amount you get.

You were lucky if you get a complete use of these pads. Started using yesterday and already need to replace pads. They are very thin, they actually stick to the clear plastic non-adhesive Protective package. They’re difficult to remove from the non-adhesive packaging, causing the pads to roll back on themselves. Adhesive is not last very long at all. I guess people are right when they say “you get what you pay for”. My stimulator takes 10 pads so that’s about 5 days worth of pads. Buy bulk, not terrible for $.27 a piece. More headache then they’re worth!!!! HUGE pain to apply and get to stick. I will not be purchasing again.

These replacements are going to come in handy for the bf to use his muscle stimulators without the painful shocks he was receiving from his previous ones

Gel pads are exactly what I had expected. Not too exciting, but they do the job perfectly.
