Can you use window markers on this?

Since this is not the intended purpose of this stand-off sign holder, we recommend using any type of window markers at your own discretion. We do sell dry-erase boards in our catalogue that do permit washable marker use.

Is there anything to help center the pictures on the frame?

I don’t know of any device. I just placed the picture on one side of the frame then measured with a ruler to make sure the distance was equal top to bottom and side to side.
