Tough Workout
The Zobi is unique to me. I had never heard of this before seeing it on Amazon. The texture of the Zobi allows you to firmly grip it while performing multiple exercises with the DVD that is included. I really enjoyed the Zobi/DVD combination. However, I am unable to locate a variety of ZOBI DVDs. I was able to find a few videos on You Tube.

It ruined the finish on my furniture
I put this weight down on top of my chest of drawers for a few days and when I picked it up again, I found out it had DISSOLVED the paint !!!!! So it seriously ruined the finish on my nice chest of drawers. WTF.Pay attention to where you put this down because whatever chemicals they used in the cover of this thing will dissolve paint/laquer.and no, I am NOT happy at all.

Simple and Effective
I love this thing! The shape feels so much more balanced in your hands and movements compared to a traditional spherical ball. I can really feel my core and other problem areas getting stronger after using it for several weeks.I love this product for it's simplicity, I can do a quick set of reps and stretches with it in between chores, or do a more involved work-out when I have the time.Awesome value all around!

The Zobi was easy to use and store out of sight
I used the Zobi to do a workout at home. I did the 9 or so exercises in the accompanying printout (2 rounds of 12 reps each) and it took about 25 minutes. I thought the weight was a little light for some of the exercises but I definitely worked up a little sweat by the end of the workout. The Zobi was easy to use and store out of sight.
