I bought these to keep track of our rental properties. I like them a lot.....the information that is gathered on the outside of the envelope is great to give to my accountant, but I wish they were a little bigger. I use one for each rental property and it includes the key to the property so that when I go to a particular property, I just pull the envelope and I have everything I need....the key, the envelope for receipts, and an effective way to capture what receipts are for and the mileage.

If you don’t like looking everywhere for paperwork - these are the best - easy to use - great quality- has made my job of keeping up with my small business so much easier! I loved so much I bought again already got next year!

I almost didn't buy these!! I am so glad I did! They hold up perfectly for what I wanted them for. I can put all my business expense receipts inside to keep them safe and write on the front what receipts are inside, when Im done with them and they are full I can seal them to keep everything inside. I can use one envelope for each month or one envelope for multiple months, either way, they work great!! I don't use the milage part because I have a milage book, but I use everything else! I am really happy with these envelopes!! I already have them saved in my cart to purchase again.

I like how this product has trained me to track my receipts and mileage in one place. I’ve tried miles tracking apps and journals but this is nice to have it in one place. Maybe after I’ve gotten into the practice of using this template I can just use manilla envelopes but until then it’s a clean layout.
