Used the factory bolt mount by just widening one of the slits. Still gets very hot, but provides more warning than the stock exhaust.

Worked perfect for what I used it for. U get wat u pay for; it is kinda cheaply made but still works. I ended up using it on my Harley exhaust that I believe is 1 7/8” to keep my leg off it.

It looks nice, the weld let go on a bracket that holds it to exhaust pipe. Bought a different kind.

I used this in conjunction with thermal wrap on an exhaust pipe. I figured that if I just placed this directly, it would only serve to conduct the heat and continue my problem (rubber on my shoe melting). I placed it on top of the fiberglass thermal wrap and now it does exactly what I was looking for: cool to the touch after operating and looks good.

Works perfectly for my mini bike with after market pipe. If you do after market pipe, I suggest to get this.

I installed this on my Pan America to replace the oem shield that fell off somehow. It is a heat shield, how much heat it shields is questionable however. It’s a decent enough product for the price, but due to the lack of any real stand-off from the pipe it soaks so much heat that it might as well not be there unfortunately.

I have no idea if it actually shields heat or not, but it looks nice on the bare aftermarket pipe. Easy to install. Use the clamps, tighten, and snip off the excess clamps.

Basic universal exhaust heat shield. Metal seems mediocre quality. The hose clamps are long and should fit most any exhaust.

The items arrived quickly and build quality is fine. Install was simple.
