Ballet Stretch Bands for Flexibility, Strength and Dance Training

My daughter’s dance friend got this as a gift and I ordered one for her too. Perfect for stretching and for working on getting kicks or splits higher especially leg elevations. She can do it while watching TV or she can do it while practicing. Very high-quality and comes in a bag for storage.

My girls love this stretch band! It’s made with very durable material and provides just the right amount of tension to get a good stretch. When laying flat to the ground in a straddle (see pic), it actually helps to push you down into the stretch due to the strength of the band. It’s great for kids and adults! My 5 year old can use it as well as my 16 year old, which is great because that means that one size fits all! It comes in a convenient carrying bag for easy transport and storage. I would absolutely recommend this stretch band for dancers, gymnasts, yoga, physical therapy or any kind of sport/activity that requires stretching and flexibility. I really believe that my girls will improve their flexibility with the use of Zenmarkt Ballet Stretch Bands.

It’s a great place to START. If you are more on the hyper flex side then it doesn’t have the resistance (pull) that your looking for. We need a smaller elastic like one that really pulls our legs . But again 4 stars because it’s great for beginners.

I know this is for dancers but I'm just an older person using it to stretch prior to and after treadmill workout. I also have arthritis in my ankle and likely in my knee from running marathons in my past. I have had some severe pain and swelling when I try to just walk so I needed this band to counteract the impact of my workout and it's very effective for my issues. Anything I can do to avoid surgery is a plus, so highly recommend this band.

I get a very nice wide-legged stretch with this band (5'9" height, long legs & rise with a short waist). I'm an older, intermediate yoga practitioner who has to work at flexibility. The shorter silicone bands I tried simply didn't have enough give for me to even begin to use them; even if I were hyper-flexible, they seemed like they were sized for much shorter legs. This fabric elastic band is perfect for what I need. I get a good stretch, and the band is comfortable enough that I can be in a wide-legged stretch for 5 to 15 minutes at a time. Very glad I found this one!

The quality was fine. I’m a 5 foot 5 woman. I was looking forward to trying this but I just couldn’t get it to stretch enough to be usable for me. It must be intended for children. I ordered another brand that worked better.

It’s a bit pricey for one band but it does work well. My 9 year old and I both use it so it does work on kids and adults. It came fast in shipping too

O produto é ótimo, porém entregaram somente a faixa, o ebook não entregaram, veio uma caixa pequena, somente com a faixa. Mandei vários emails e somente depois de muito tempo me responderam dizendo que o ebook eles não tinham. Ou seja, comprei uma coisa e recebi outra!!

Great quality band for stretching

Aide ma fille à s’étirer et à pratiquer toute seule. Bon pour l’équilibre. Faire attention sur quelle plancher vous l’utiliser. Tendance à marquer sur un bois flottant même industriel.
