Made a difference, but not a solution.
During the hot weather, my dog was affected a lot more by fleas. I couldn't get to the vet for the usual 'spot-on' drops so I thought I'd give this a go, at the cheap end of the flea collar range and with fairly decent reviews I was worth a try. Over the course of a week or so, we did notice a difference but I didn't cure the problem completely. It was a cheap 'quick-fix' and had some effect (maybe more so on other dogs) but I suppose the price reflects the effectiveness. Not bad but not great.

Worth a try
Don't work as long as advertised and sometimes this brand hasn't worked at all and I've gone and bought a different brand for my two border collies

Great product - Works a treat!
Works very well to prevent those pesky fleas on your pooch. its comfortable and well fitting, easily adjustable. My only problem would be that I have a springer who is jam packed full of energy, therefore he's always burying in bushes and running where he shouldn't. He managed to snap one of these on a tree whilst foraging, but if your dog isn't as mad as ours this will definitely do the trick!
