I plug the lights in, and the remote doesn’t work to adjust anything. Lights just continuously stay on. Any remedies/solution?

how do you know where to put the pin connector? i have tried several times without connection.

Hi dear customer, are you going to you cut the strip light and connect the strips with extra power cord? Please note that the sharp prong of the pin should be inserted into the strip light, the round prong should be inserted into the power cord's connector. And use silicone glue and heatshrinkable tube to seal the power cord's connector with the light carefully. Then your light strips would be available. Please try it again, if you still have problems, pls send some pictures of your strip light to us, and explaining the situation for us. It worked initially. Then when I adhered it to the wall it stopped working. Why isnt it working??
