Apple iPhone XS Max, 64GB, Gold - (Renewed)

The iPhone arrived in lovely condition as described in good condition. However, when I went to charge the iPhone as it was completely flat. The iPhone failed to show any signs of charging. I connected it to a computer and installed iTunes. I wanted to see what was wrong with the iPhone. iTunes showed the connected device requires restore and update. I attempted to update and restore the device but kept getting in an error message 4013. I contacted Apple support and followed their advice trying different computers. one being a Mac and the other being a Windows 11. I also tried using a genuine old Apple cable just in case the cable that was sent was not an official Apple cable. Also I tried another genuine Apple cable. However, I still kept getting the same error message.4013. The Apple advisor then advise me the best thing to do with the iPhone was to send it back for a refund.. The Apple support advisor has also made a log of my call for their records. Update Amazon will never post a review if it’s negative so the best thing to do is to put five stars and then it will get posted you watch because this review has been on there for two days and no sign of it being posted. Amazon is like the seller and offer a poor service. The service I’ve received has made me very wonder whether I’m gonna stick with Amazon Already deleted bank details.

I'm a Tech Guy > Phone works perfectly, as new. Very little wear and tear on my specific device. Battery health was at 89%. Only concern was that I didn't find the camera to be particularly great indoors with lots of light on/tv. other than that - perfect! Definitely worth it for the price. Your getting an amazing Apple iPhone which runs perfectly!

For the price, this is a fantastic iPhone. No problems to date. Thanks to the seller.

Good as new no scratches no marks battery is on 100% battery health everything works as it should was scared to order first as I looked at the reviews but it came today and am really happy with it so value for your money phone the sound works perfect

Very disappointed with how long this phone has lasted, I have been having issues with it for sometime and now it is dead . Completely devastated.

Ordered this as a replacement for my wife’s old I phone. It arrived very quickly well ahead of planned date and what a fantastic phone. It was listed as excellent and to be honest it looks brand new👍 Well packaged with a free screen protector which I didn’t expect. I will definitely be ordering a replacement for myself - it was so easy to transfer all the info from the old I phone. If you have any doubts about refurbished phones then take a leap of faith - I’m glad I did😜

This phone was great value for money, I ordered this phone and it came the next day I have now been using it 2 days and so far no faults with it at all. It came with proper apple charger however no earphones and apple box but that was expected. It came with 90% battery health and had not a single dint, scratch, scuff on it at all. Overall I am very please with my product and would definitely recommend.

The worry I had purchasing a renewed/refurbished expensive phone, was that it would have wear and tear scratches around it, and that my expectations would be to high, the phone arrived, (earlier than quoted),.......? I opened the box, ....... And to my relief, on inspection I could not find any scratches, the battery health showed 100%, I have not tested all functions yet, it went through an update, so far everything seems to be perfect, so all in all I am very happy, the only negative it doesn't have the original box, there again, you can't have everything!

The phone itself is in an amazing condition. The battery is even at a 100 percent battery health (even though its a third party battery). Perfecttt :D

Lo smartphone è arrivato esteticamente immacolato con batteria al 94%. Nessun tipo di problema a livello sia hardware che software. Vengo da un iPhone SE 1a generazione. Arriva in un imballaggio non originale ma molto ben fatto e protetto. Cosa mi ha colpito di più: - Fotocamera: Ho fatto diverse take video in 4k 30fps per poi montarle con iMovie e la qualità delle immagini mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta. Per non parlare delle foto con la modalità ritratto che tutti i miei amici vogliono sempre che gli faccio; - Potenza di calcolo: Il video finale montato con iMovie, durata di 3 minuti e 30 secondi, una traccia audio, filtri applicati alle diverse take (circa 6-7) e testo ad inizio e fine del video ci ha messo circa 5 minuti ad esportarlo. Inoltre questo iPhone è in generale molto fluido nell'utilizzo e non ha rallentamenti o scatti particolari; - Audio: le casse sono davvero molto potenti. Chiaramente non hanno un suono piacevolissimo (sono pur sempre casse del telefono) però quando ascolto i podcast senza cuffie è veramente comodo non dover più tirar fuori obbligatoriamente la cassa bluetooth. Il volume che hanno ti permette anche di allontanarti un po' senza perderti nulla. Molto simpatico l'audio stereo con il telefono in landscape. - Prezzo: l'ho preso a 359€ e per me è stato un ottimo affare! Cosa mi ha fatto storcere un po' il naso: - Fragilità: quando lo tenevo in mano senza cover avevo come la senzazione di avere un bicchiere di cristallo in mano. Dicevo: appena cade va in mille pezzi. Infatti ho comprato una cover robusta di metallo dato che io il telefono lo faccio cadere non poche volte. - Dimensioni: venendo da iPhone SE mi è sembrato molto grande. Più o meno mi ci sono abituato, ma il fatto di aver preso una cover robusta di metallo ne ha aumentato sensibilmente le dimensioni e diciamo che ora è al limite dell'utilizzabile con una mano ed un po' pesantino. Concludendo: la durata della batteria è nella norma. Una giornata senza doverlo caricare si fa tranquillamente. Usandolo poco sono riuscito a farla durare pure due giorni con il risparmio energia attivo.

Rien à dire de spécial, le produit est niquel. C'est du apple. Concernant la livraison, quelques problèmes pour recevoir le produit. On me le livre avec 2 jours de retard, je demande une livraison en point relais qui n'a pas été respecté et le téléphone m'a finalement été livré chez moi par la poste et non par la société de livraison qui devait me le livrer initialement et avec qui j'ai traité pour pouvoir recevoir mon colis. La livraison était médiocre mais le produit est arrivé comme neuf, malgré ma peur du reconditionnement. Il était fourni avec des écouteurs et un adaptateur prise jack ainsi que son chargeur et son cable USB.

Kam mit nur 75% Batteriezustand, ansonsten in super Zustand :)

Livraison rapide, mais par contre j’ai commandé un iPhone en excellent état et je reçois un iPhone qui a des rayures et la batterie de l’iPhone est déjà à 79 % ce qui n’est pas normal pour un iPhone de dire que l’iPhone est vendu en excellent état
