i wear a 9.5 should i get the 9 or the 10?

I wear an 8 or 8.5 and i ordered a 9. I did this because i have a bunion on one foot and i wanted to be sure they didn't hurt it. In.general for half sizes on.this i wpuld order up, not down.

The blue is light or royal blue?

I did not purchase either of those colors. I went for the white and yellow. What I can write is the colors are true to form. So what you see is what you will get. But also they run a little small. So to be comfortable go a size up and if it turns out to be too big at least you are able to put a sock in them.

I want to wear them out and about. Are they good quality and will they last long?

Mine were to tight for my calf. But they were a good quality
