great roller it is very firm.
It a very firm roller but perfect for me. If you are new to rolling this is not the best place to start. The product is very good though.

Great, has a bit of chemical smell for first few days, but I realized ti was just from the plastic wrapping and it goes away quickly. Good facial Roller!

J'utilise ce rouleau en mousse après mes journées de travail physiques, et il a vraiment transformé ma routine de récupération ! Après avoir passé de nombreuses heures debout, je ressens souvent des tensions dans le dos, mais depuis que j'ai commencé à utiliser ce rouleau, ma flexibilité s'est considérablement améliorée. Il est facile à utiliser et me permet d'effectuer des étirements ciblés qui soulagent la douleur et la raideur. La texture de la mousse est juste ce qu'il faut pour dénouer les nœuds sans être trop agressive. Je me sens vraiment détendu et revitalisé après chaque séance. De plus, sa taille est idéale pour le transporter, que ce soit à la maison ou au bureau. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent à améliorer leur flexibilité et à soulager les tensions musculaires après une longue journée. Un investissement qui en vaut vraiment la peine

Great product
I like the density of this foam roller - it's a bit stiffer than my other foam roller - I purchased two shorter foam rollers for travel - easier to travel with. Can't travel with the taller foam rollers. Once I get to my destination I will put both of them in my carrying case zip up the carrying case. With them stacked on top of each other, they will make a longer foam roller. They look like the they will last a bit longer than my white foam roller which is made out of different material.
