MailleMustard Dijon Original 6p 7.5z

As a former Michelin chef, this has become my go to household Dijon mustard. When you buy it in a six pack, it is as inexpensive as any of the store brand labels.

I got hooked on this in Paris. There are so many "Dijons" out there. Can't go wrong with the original. Subtle but distinctly tasty. Perfect for salmon, potato salad, or just making a really great sandwich. The little jar is too pretty to throw away. I use them for paperclips and things. I bought the case (quantity discount) and gave them to my coworkers for Christmas presents last year. Bon appétit.

True Maille brand, which I personally love. Came well packaged so no broken bottles. I use a lot of this mustard.

ORDERED A SIX PAK OF MUSTARD. ONE OF THE JARS HAD A SEAL BROKEN. I THOUGHT MAYBE IT FELL OFF. WHEN I OPENED IT DID NOT HAVE THE SLIGHT POP OF A SEALED JAR AND THERE WAS DRIED MUSTARD ON THE THREADS AND CAP. IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD DIPPED THEIR FINGER IN IT. BUMMER. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I ORDERED THESE. FIRST ORDER WAS ALL GOOD. JUST DISAPPOINTED.

One would think that they would have used foam or bubble wrap with 6 glass bottles, but no. Just packaged in a box inside another box with no “FRAGILE” stickers anywhere. Mail carriers throw boxes around unless it says “fragile” or “glass”…I know because I am a former mail carrier. Very disappointed in the packaging and apparently I’m not the only one after looking at some of the reviews. The mustard is wonderful. Please fix the packaging issue.

We have been buying Maille Dijon mustard for years but it is not always easy to find locally. I was delighted to be able to get it from amazon at a decent price, but it was packaged so terribly that, in two different shipments, I got 5 whole mustard jars and one broken, glassy, mustard mess mixed in. Also the seals on the jars with the very messy broken jar did not seem tight. It's mustard, but still.Anyway, GREAT product, but be careful regarding the shipping!

So much better than fake Dijon mustard like gray Poupon this is absolutely the best I use it for cooking and on sandwiches and anything that involves mustard absolutely the best

Best mustered in the world! Whether on a sandwich, salad dressing or an ingredient in gourmet cooking it’s always right. I always have several jars on hand because when I’m asked for a recipe I included.a jar of Maille mustard because there is no substitute.
