Very varied quality
Smells good and tastes good. A million percent better than the little glass jars from a supermarket. Well packaged in a resealable foil bag. Sprinkle generously on porridge and it is delicious. It hopefully is also removing all the plaque in my arteries!UPDATE 12/06/18: I've ordered a second pouch on the basis of the first, and have just received it. This one smells of nothing and tastes like ground up bark - it is very woody. Quite horrible in fact.Obviously as a grown product the quality is going to vary depending on the source, but this is nasty. I have adjusted my rating to 2 star overall taking this batch into account, and probably won't order again. Sorry.

utter garbage
I have just changed my initial review. The trouble with cinnamon is that different batches are inconsistent. Some will be amazing, then from the same seller, you might get a flavourless delivery that disappoints. Such was my case. I got a disappointing first batch, and left a crappy review, but the seller contacted me, and offered to send a new batch so I can be happy with my purchase. Night and day difference.I took one star off because this type of cinnamon is simply by nature, not as strong as the other type (cassia?). The trade-off is that this type is healthier, where as cassia can even be harmful when consumed in larger quantities, but it sure gives you a hit when you bite into a good piece. You can quite have that with Ceylon, but this batch seems to bridge the gap. It leaves a tingle on the tongue, has a slight sweetness to it, and a pleasant flavour.

Useless garbage, misleadingly presented!
Odourless and tasteless garbage, deliberately misleadingly presented. Definitely NOT food-grade. Cinnamon is a SPICE, not a christmas decoration (or if it’s a christmas decoration, who would EVER care if it’s “organic”?!?). This is just useless, shattered bark - hence not good for decoration either - presented and sold as “Premium Quality, organic, soil certified, cinnamon”. And on top of all this, the seller (Triple A Online - what a joke! more like “Triple miserable”) is rude, uncooperative and patronising. Definitely best avoided!

No taste
I would like to give zero stars for a reason! It simply tastes of nothing.. What gets to me is it was sold as a premium product Organic Ceylon (true) please stear clear!!

One Star
Not the best for flavour - bitter not sweet.

An amazing-tasting product at a very reasonable price.
To be honest I'm not the best at distinguishing between Ceylon and Cassia cinnamon--if you blindfolded me and asked me to identify each one by taste alone, I'm not sure I could do it. What I do know is that this product tastes, and smells, fantastic, and is reasonable priced; that's good enough for me.

no sweetness taste to it at all!
What is this? Doesn’t taste sweet at all. On fact it barely had a flavour. I was reading the other reviews and read mixed reviews on this. I should have listened to the ones that said it had no sweetness or taste to it, they were right!!! I only bought this because I love cinnamon taste and this doesn’t have it.

Dissapointing, almost completely without flavour
Almost entirely without taste.Used 2 level teaspoons!! in my daughter's oatmeal and she asked why I didn't put cinnamon in today. Have also doubled the quantity I normally use in two baking recipes I have made for years as true non-Cassia is supposedly more subtle.Well, non-existent flavour is not the same as subtle.Could be stale, inferior quality, or both - I really don't know but a bit academic as its a tenner in the bin either way.
