STANLEY Screwdriver Set, Multibit, Ratcheting, 20-Pack (62-574)

I can honestly say this tool is a gem! I have had many individual types of screwdrivers in my toolbox! Some never get used and others overused or missing! Stanley products are synonymous with durability, quality and usefulness! One driver with multiple interchangeable heads is pure genius! Makes a great housewarming gift!

Very practical and easy to use, all the bits fit inside the screwdriver. It’s very well designed!

This is my second time purchasing this screwdriver set because I wore the first one out!

This is a ratcheting screwdriver that makes it easy to build knock-down furniture without killing your hands. The driver can be set to either drive or unscrew and comes with multiple standard bits (Philips, flat blade, etc.). Additional bits can be purchased at your local hardware store as the screwdriver uses a standard hexagon sized bit. The rubber handle is comfortable to hold. This is a terrific tool for your toolbox or as a gift.

I have never used a ratchet screwdriver prior to buying this tool. I needed to replace my missing screwdrivers for the kitchen tool kit so I got this. Wow! I am now a convert. The fact that it can ratchet is extremely useful. I just finished one of those difficult home-improvement tasks ever, and this tool came through with flying colors. With the screwdriver, you can drive in the screw without having to see it or ever take the pressure off of the bit. You can do it all by feel. It's comfortable to use. Very Ergonomic. It's a well-balanced tool. The storage of the numerous bits that can be used is very clever and well-executed. It's like having 20 screwdrivers in one. Awesome. I am a big proponent of well-made tools. This is one of my favorites to date. Way to go Stanley!

I like the magnetic holder, ratcheting function, and that it holds bits, but the rotating retainer for the exposed bits is right next to the rotating collar that sets which way it ratchets so it's too easy to move one when you want to move the other. Between that and the compartment in the handle there isn't enough room for all the bits it comes with. It comes with 6 hex bits but can only hold one of them at a time. You have to prioritize which type & sizes of bits you'll actually need. Suitable for tool box or bag where all the bits can be kept but maybe not on it's own.

I purchased this product to replace an earlier one that had for many years which somehow got lost. I've had this version for over a year now, and each time I use it, I'd promise myself that I had to write a review so that Stanley would hopefully fix the problem with this product. Appearance-wise it is very similar to the earlier model, and does come with more bits. That's the good news. The bad news is trying to switch bits. The design of the bit storage took a major hit. Every bit, whether it is in the rotating compartment on the body to the cap handle storage, requires another bit, or pliers, or screwdriver to pry them out, which makes this a major chore. The older version of this ratcheting screwdriver had no such problem. Bits were easily removed and swapped. Except for this problem, the ratcheting screwdriver works great. It's light, easy to hold, and ratchets well in both directions (clockwise and countercockwise). The bits that it comes with are fine too.

I have had many brands of multi-screwdrivers. This Stanley is the best. I lost the one that was perpetually in my RV tool box this last fall. Looked everywhere for it. Gone. Bought three other brands, none had the bit selection or versatility of the Stanley. Finally this spring while bringing the RV out of hibernation I bit the bullet, spent $10 more and replaced my old Stanley with the same unit. Glad I did, as around the RV none of the others seemed to do the job as well. Distributed the other three between my vehicles and my tool box. They are good, but they are not the Stanley. The Stanley is back in it's old place of honor in the RV tool drawer.

Order this because I have one I love. Got this and impossible to get the bits out of the holder without a great deal of effort.

Produto muito bom, robusta bonita e útil. E o modo catraca facilita demais o trabalho, e as variadas possibilidades dos bits é ótimo porque vc tem várias chaves em uma só!

Excelente qualidade, bem robusta e haste longa somente dois porens. Usa sistema inglês e não métrico então não tem a chave canhão de 10 mm só um pouco maior. E o porta bit como usa rosca acabou estragando um casulo de bit.
