I can say with 100% certainty you will like this if you’re like me and have flareups from smells. I pretty much lost everything so I’m not buying a new bed right now and I ordered just a cheap twin size bed off Amazon. But with my dogs laying with me on it, it wasn’t heavy enough, so my back kept touching the bar in the middle. It is such a relief to have this with no smell and it’s totally solved the issue for 20 bucks. Fits great, no smell, is comfy, if you’re someone who wants something more fluffy, I would recommend a better mattress not a better topper. If you are researching toppers, please look into the offgassing. This one has no smell so happy! 😇

Why I purchased: I have a very bad back: upper spine issues when mattress is too firm and lower back issues when mattress is too soft. I was looking for a thin cushion that would soften my firm mattress while I could keep the support. For perspective / comparison I am 5’2” and about 105lbs. My experience has been a positive one with this mattress topper. I have tried 3 before this one and they were all too thick for my needs. This has done what it says (softens the bed). I selected the 1.5 inch aloe (I honestly was looking for a 1 inch but with the indentations this is about the same). It softens the mattress while leaving some support of the firm mattress below.) I followed the instructions and letting it rise for a few days. (I actually forgot about it so it sat open for a bit longer than the instructions suggested, but I think that was a plus.) There was no odor to the material (that I could detect). Texture wise I can feel the ripples under the sheets, but it doesn’t bother me. I don’t think the different zones do anything. As for pain relief, I still have issues, but that is because of my body, not the topper. I think the topper is helping. I cannot speak on longevity of this product. I have been using it for about a month and I am happy. I don’t expect it to last a super long time based on the other reviews, but I can buy a lot of them for the cost of a new mattress. :) It was worth trying to me and I’m happy. I’d recommend and I’d buy again.

I bought is pad to take to my brother’s house to use on the bed I sleep in when I am there. The mattress is so hard I don’t sleep well and wake up with a backache. This pad made a big difference. It really softened the mattress and made it not as bad to sleep on most nights. Less of a backache too so happy I bought the pad.

I’ve not even spent the night sleeping with this yet and can already tell it will work perfectly. I purchased a brand new extra firm mattress with the idea that I needed much more support, but I did not take into account how the firmness of the mattress would make my hips and butt feel after sleeping each night. I ordered a pillow top mattress topper first and while it was nice and added some necessary plush to the bed, I was still getting soreness each night in my hips. I then decided to order a 3” foam topper after deciding I needed a thicker cushioning. Instantly returned - not only did it add too much height and sink too much to make it comfortable, it was also insanely hot, as if heat were almost radiating from the foam itself. I decided to try a thinner topper, one with some breathability and just enough cushion to use with the topper I already purchased. I just received this foam topper and it was puffed to its fullest size within seconds - it doesn’t sink too far, meaning I still get the supportive base from my mattress, but my hips, lower back, and butt have JUST a little bit more cushion to fall into and the difference is IMMEDIATELY noticeable. I can tell I’m going to sleep so great tonight! I’m not sure how it will do with heat, because I can already tell that it holds onto my body heat more than my normal mattress or topper but it’s not a huge deal-breaker for me if it means my hips get some relief. I will update if anything changes but so far I am SO satisfied!!

Really makes a difference with an uncomfortable mattress. It’s lightweight, and I take it to the hospital with me every time I am admitted. Makes all the difference in comfort.

It ended up more substantial than i thought which is nice. It expanded nicely and isn't measly i laid on it for a moment and it doesnt squish down to nothing. The only problem is there a strong perfume smell on it. Not new foam chemical smell, just perfume-y! I've been airing it out for 5 days (it recommends 3) and it's gotten better, but still too scented to put on my bed. I think it'd overwhelm me if I tried to sleep with my face right on it. If it weren't winter I'd stick it outside to speed up the airing out process. I'll update on comfort once I've slept on it, but it does seem very good quality. It has a bit of a oily feel like others mentioned, but not like actually leave oil on your hand. Maybe it's the infused aloe? Doesn't bother me. I carefully peeled it apart upon opening from vacuum sealed bag, which it seems most delicate then, and moved it around, and it's held up- no tears or issues with durability yet.

I absolutely love it! It adds just the right amount of softness without making the mattress feel too soft. I’ve been sleeping like a baby since I started using it. Definitely worth buying!

Purchased to go on top of my foot pump air mattress for camping. Opened topper and it was just what I was looking for. Aloe version has a nice light, clean smell. Very soft and nice cushion, will make my sleep experience so much better for our week in the tent!

Bought for my daughter who loved it. Made her bed so much more comfortable
