My recommendation is to swipe clean or previously brushed teeth dry with a paper towel bottom teeth 1st, apply a light layer to each front tooth part of your visible smile- use a qtip. Do the tip after in the same manner. After application, have your light and mouthpiece ready; place it and bite gently not to give you TMJ pain (you can hold with your hand if it helps) Turn the light on and wait ten minutes til it beeps off. Instructions encourage a 30 minute wear time but ten minutes is good enough if your smacks aren’t that bad looking. Side note: It helps to use a good electric toothbrush whitening toothpaste and floss everyday- it only adds to the whiteness of your teeth. If you’re not doing that and just whitening people will notice the in between and crevices of your teeth dingy yellow or whatever (ick). But no judgment, sometimes you can’t get white teeth maybe because medications you take so there’s that. But honestly bestie, it works so well I even like it over the 60-70$ crest products! The reason you should QTip it on is you don’t want to get any on your gums where the sensitive issues come in. So by doing it this way your not over applying and wasting your treatment gel. If you end up getting sensitivity you can use a remineralization gel that they conveniently provide. It comes with clear instructions and anyone can do it. Pair with your favorite whitening mouthwashes and gum for on the go saliva action to keep the teeth whiter. I’ve seen results only after a week of use and it’s easy to use and doesn’t make my teeth feel sensitive.

Work well! First session I only did 10 minutes as I was concerned about sensitivity. I saw an impact but nothing crazy noticeable. Second session I did 30 minutes and it had much better results. Very little sensitivity. I recommend putting the solution directly on teeth with a q-tip. Picture is top before anything and bottom is only after one 10 minute session and second 30 minute session.

It took me a few months to truly believe in this product. I initially found it very difficult to use and didn’t really see results. BUT- once I stopped worrying about how I used it, it became much easier! I brush my teeth, mouth wash, and floss. Then I use a qtip to apply the whitening gel and focus on the spots on my teeth that I really want whitened. For me that is my lower teeth and where my teeth meet, but I also put the gel on my upper teeth and then some gel in the tray. I only do 10 minutes. My mouth gets tons of saliva during the 10 minutes, but my teeth are looking much whiter!!! I’ve used all the types of crest white strips and this is much more effective and only 10 minutes! Also I am not consistent with use- probably once a week. If I used it daily I’m sure it would work much faster. My top teeth are looking very good and I will continue to focus on my lower teeth while maintaining the white level I have achieved. Anyway I love this whitening! It’s cheaper and much more effective than anything else I have used.
