this product is great for its health enhancing benefits, as well as strengthening mood and mental alertness, but this product has to be consumed in the proper dosage, it may seem cheap compared to similar products in the market, but keep in mind that the product dosage is lower and has to be consumed about five times daily, to see any results. It says on the bottle to consume a capsule four times a day preferably with a meal, so while it may seem like your getting a deal, 100 capsules for $8, your really only getting about 20 days worth of capsules 5/100 equals 20. Other products that are more expensive offer more bang for your buck, because they come in higher doses, or you can buy a whole bag of cacao for around the same price as these pills. I wish I knew that before buying, but overall still a good product,

Sometimes I take an herbal supplement and I cannot tell if it works. Cacao is one of those supplements that works on the very first day. It is a "stimulant" different than caffeine. It doesn't make me jittery. Now, I'm "wired" differently. Thinks like Vitamin C foods or capsules keeps me awake and alert, so I'm not sure Cacao works for everybody, but it works well for me.
