I bought the mattress 19 October 2018.Initially it was fabulous, supportive and not too hot.Unfortunately after maybe 6 months i found the support level started to drop - the mattress started to sag slightly, but still recovered its shape and was ok again the next night. As the mattress became "more form hugging" due to the reduced support obviously the temperature also increased.Over the last 6 - 8 months the mattress has finally begun to fail completely. The area where I sleep now has a permanent dent where my body has been and the foam has clearly failed within the mattress body as immediately you get into bed you roll into the indentation.This is all despite the mattress being rotated, horizontally, regularly and trying the "Hot/Cold" top/bottom.Overall I would say do not purchase this mattress as it is a waste of money.Just an fyi my bed is made from scaffold tubes overlaid with a solid 18mm mdf base for the mattress to lay on.

UPDATED REVIEW:Well I bought this mattress in December 2018 and it only supported me adequately for about 4 months then it started sagging badly. Financially I’ve not been able to upgrade to a new mattress and I’ve been living with this terrible mattress since. Well, the back pain every morning is too much for me and I’ve realised I’m not doing myself favours and I’m now upgrading to a Casper mattress. To anyone reading this review if I could go back in time I wouldn’t buy this mattress and I would urge you to look for something better too. You spend one third of your entire life sleeping, please invest in a good mattress or at the very least a better one than this.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Well I started looking at mattresses on the basis I am really fat. So I already knew I would need a firm mattress but my budget was only £200. I know that as far as mattresses go this would only get me into the upper end of the budget-tier. I bought this mattress because it specifically stated it was 25cm thick: which would make it the thickest reflex foam mattress at its' price point.It's been left for 48 hours now to regain its' shape prior to use and maybe the three tape measures I have are all wrong, but all three of them peg it at 18cm (give or take a few mm), almost 10cm less thick than expected.When buying cheap mattresses it is imperitive you get a thick one otherwise the mattress will be worn out in a matter of months. It's not worth trying to return this item, it would just leave me going even longer without a bed to sleep on so I'll keep it any save my money for the new mattress I am going to need in 8 to 10 months from now.

After suffering years of bad sleep on bouncy, boinging coil spring beds, this Royalvisco mattress is a night time delight. Don't be put off if, (like me),years ago you tried one of the very pricey all memory foam ones from a well known brand and it felt like being immobilised for hours in boiling hot porridge! This hybrid mattress still has all the comfort and pressure relief properties of memory foam but the core of blue latex and special airflow design stops that stuck in quicksand and overheating feeling caused by old full memory foam ones. I suffer from several conditions caused by arthritis and can honestly say that after nearly two months sleep on it, this is the best mattress I've ever had. Also the price for this quality is amazing so go on, treat yourself ! ***** Just to note, its rated as medium firm feel but if you're use to coil springs it will feel firmer than usual but in no way hard.*****

Soft but firm. Absolutely tremendous for this price and so comfortable. Comes with a 10 year warranty for added peace of mind. Comes vacuum packed in a tall thin box and isn't very heavy, but when you get it out to unfurl it will expand and astonish you because it is substanstial (25cm depth) and feels every inch a solid and high quality mattress. Leave for a couple of hours to fully expand and its good to go. Would definitely buy from this manufacturer in the future. I have been so impressed. In addition, the service provided by 'Outlet-Sofa-Direct' was absolutely faultless. One of my best purchases in a long time.

When I first received this item it was wonderful for about 4 months, then it began to sag, memory foam should dip a little over time however this has dipped a good 3 inches in my Normal sleeping position I suppose it's a get what you pay for scenario, it has a long guarentee but I can't afford to keep taking time off work to arrange pickups etc when sending it back as failty, if you just want a short term mattress I would recommend however of you want it too last more than a few months I would get something more expensive especially if you spend a third of your life in bed

Fast delivery, perfect condition as well packaged. I LOVE THIS MATTRESS. My whole body settle's comfortably into the mattress without making me feel like 'I am sinking' into it. I get very hot at night and this help's to keep me cooler, it's amazing how it works. Would definitely buy again and reccomend. Thank you for such a great product. ☺

i have only had the mattress 3/4 weeks and maybe this is not long enough to appraise it, but here goes.The mattress is not foamy as was my previous one which was a hynia.However it looks well and offers a comfortable sleep and I must admit I wake up fully rested..

This is the best value for money mattress ever! if you find firm mattresses suitable/comfortable for you, this is it! I hated my old one which had springs in it, it was so deformed hat springs were coming to my neck! So many sleepless nights I had until this wonderful product came! I cannot highly recommend this. My neck and back does not hurt anymore, as I can maintain perfectly straight position. Even if someone next to you moves, there is no impact on you, the mattress remains as firm as possible. Love this.
