I bought this cooler for home use and have been genuinely impressed. Cooling performance is strong, especially once the pads are fully wet. Within 15–20 minutes, the room starts feeling noticeably cooler, and even from 8–10 feet away the airflow is excellent. What I liked most: Powerful air throw – suitable for medium to large rooms Good cooling with honeycomb pads Low noise compared to many desert coolers Large tank means fewer refills Easy movement with wheels, even when filled Auto-fill feature is very convenient Build looks modern and sturdy The cooler gives best results with proper ventilation / fresh air flow, as all air coolers do. Small suggestion: initial setup takes a little attention (wetting pads, wheel fitting, positioning), but once done it performs really well. Products was received in very good condition it doesn't have any defect. Seeing at all the reviews You have to be lucky to get a good products from Amazon, seller don't bother to check before sending, Not happy with the seller because they have not shipped for a week after placing order, It came with a third party delivery agent Delivery- After coming to my city they are asking me to pick it up because the godown is just 1 km away from my home and they are not able to find a vehicle to deliver, they even posted a status that they attempted to deliver but customer was not available, I am the one calling them 10 times to deliver it and told them it is very close to their office but they delivered it after 2 days. Anyways, After using it for more than a month I can say it works well till 40 degree temperature. It is not much effective if temperature goes above 45. Not effective for large spaces. pros: Good design and looks. Good air throw, but not as much shown in Amazon product description. Auto fill feature is effective if you fix it in one place and connect with a pipe, water don't spill around the cooler if you forgot to check the water level and stop it. The mosquito net collects Most of the outside dust, Mosquito can find it's way if they want but it's useful to stop most of the dust entering inside. Nets need to be cleaned once a week depending on your location. Ice tray is very spacious. Leavours are very sturdy, upper part is very stiff for movement, lower part is smooth. IDK why they have not made both smooth. Cons: Only problem is to fix the drain water outlet pipe included with it. It is very stiff and hole is small, you have struggle a lot. Wire length is too short, difficult to manage. Cleaning it from inside is difficult, as there are lot of screws to open and the base is not flat, they have given lot of uneven pieces which makes it difficult to clean smoothly.

This product is robost design and good air throw..nice design and all features..auto water fill and auto water drain out ..cooling so fast ..low noise..easy to move...only first 3 to 4 hrs you need to run and drain all water when start at initially to remove bad smell of packing box...and honey comb small particle and as water turn yellow color due to honey comb material..after that second day you can fill fresh water upto 75%(75ltr) so it is long last for 2 days for me...it is useful for big hall or while flat 2 bhk for cooling all room ..should be placed behind window outside in gallery so fresh air suction can taken and cool air comes thru window grill net... if you see the impurities in water then again you can drain out frim botton drain plug removed and refit easily....pump and swing mode is useful to cover all room area ...mosquito net is good features to avoid enter mosquito in cooler inside to give fresh hygienic air flow...ice input chamber at top and big in size very good you can put ice cube in tray to improve extra cooling....at backside left side connector for auto water fill float system if you continue connect pipe there..and right side one connector provide L shape by company so you should remove plug and connect drain L shape there..again beside this one water fill provision given for manually water filling.. A knob given for auto drain by pump ..when draing you should stop cooler only pump to be run on that mode ..after draining..again switch to high or low mode for pump depends upon wheather condition..for humid low mode and for dry high mode... Power on/ off button given from front side extreme left..then air flow high,medium,low given as per requirement and right extreme pump mode and pump swinging mode given for better cooling area cool... Overall this cooler is best one among all cooler competitor...its body plastic good hard acrylic..also from front side flap collapsible given to avoid mosquito enter thru it if cooler is not in service we can close it ...water indicator is easy to watch from front side.. I am very satisfied with this desert cooler. This is my second time purchasing the same Optimus 100 cooler because of its excellent performance and features. I first bought it for my home in 2024, and due to its impressive cooling and reliability, I decided to purchase it again. The cooler comes with dense honeycomb pads along with a mosquito net, and also allows you to fully close the fan wings when not in use, which helps keep dust and insects away. It has a large ice tray that helps enhance cooling during very hot days. The airflow is strong and covers a good area, making it ideal for home use. One of the most convenient features is the auto-fill technology, which saves time and effort. Additionally, the same water motor can be used to drain the water, and it also includes a bottom valve for easy water outlet. Overall, a great product with powerful cooling, useful features, and good durability. Highly recommended!

this cooler is very good and features loaded like good cooling, flaps. the best part i like about is very less noise . but the most sad part is Air speed.The speed of air is just more than a fan and directed but if you live in a village in haryana then it is very less. it even cannot flyaway the flies and mosquitoes. Size is just perfect.But for me it is not value for money

Cooling 💯 100 litre tank is more than sufficient. Easily cools a large area plus water lasts more than a day easily. Pump is strong and honeycombs are super quality which gives cool feeling even in the 48°C heat in my city. Never got such quick and good cooling from any coolers I've used so far. Air throw is good, covers large area of my room noise is least, which is very big plus point. Ease of use 💯 Easy to clean, easy to drain than all previous coolers I've used. The "drain" nob and outlet provided at the back does it's job without having to open the cooler. The completely shutting off louvers help keep the cooler clean while not in use. Wheels are provided in the box. There're lot of options to fill water but the "inlet" given at back is best. Use pipe. Don't fill water from ice chamber. There're pump options given at back panel for summer or humidity. Keep on "high" during summer and "low" during rain/humidity. This option is very helpful. After sales💯 Initially i faced some issues as i didn't properly understand some settings, so had to contact Crompton service. It was very easy to contact and they sent an expert within hours of calling and provided service free of charge. So very pleased with after sales service by Crompton. Overall best cooler I've purchased so far after trying both generic and reputed companies coolers. Very good cooling even in such extreme heat. Perfect for a small family. , I purchased the Crompton Optimus 100-litre air cooler in April, and it is still within warranty. Since purchase, I have experienced recurring problems, including swing malfunction and water overflow when the motor stops. Despite multiple complaints, the service engineer's visits have not resolved the issues. Instead, I was told that parts are not available. I find this disappointing given the product is new and under warranty. I request a prompt resolution, either through proper repair with the correct parts or an appropriate alternative solution. If this cannot be addressed soon, I will have to consider alternative brands for any future purchases.
