this is a great strainer and storage can. things to know: 1. the mesh is nice and fine. perfect for getting out the really small particles in the oil, resulting in cleaner oil. i think the only way to get it cleaner would be to use a coffee filter or something similar. 2. the lid dot not fit on super tight nor is it leak proof. its more of a looser fit into the can, so if you're looking for an airtight storage, this isn't it. 3. the pour spout makes it easy to transfer to the pan. pour a little or dump the entire can, either way, no mess. so the can seems really well made and i havent had any issues yet. i would recommend this product.

This oil strainer is exactly what I wanted....does the job and is attractive. Easy to clean. It is a lot better than the one Mama had ontop of her stove for years. The holes on this one are more and smaller and let NO particles of food through them. It does what it is supposed to do.....STRAINS....

The strainer is very fine, so will definitely catch all particles. It was much bigger than it appeared online.

This product works great, love the strainer it has up on top so your oil is "fresher" without the little stuff in pan end in the can! Only bad thing I can say is that I wish it was a little bigger capacity.

I love it. The size is perfect for my needs. Three separate pieces are easy to clean and fit together very well. The pour spout does not protrude beyond the lid. The fine mess screen is complete to edges and has a nice split in handle to hang it. The round knob top on the lid is a good fit and feel in my hand. The handle on the main pot is shaped so that I get a secure grip when holding to pour. I like the three etched lines design that matches other cookware I have.

Took a chance and bought this to help reuse fryer oil and it works! It’s well made and easy to use. Quickly processes oil through fine strainer. Simple. Good value. Pleasantly surprised with ease, functionality and quality build. This little device has streamlined this procedure and meets all our expectations.

The 1.2 liter oil storage can was just what I was looking for; one of the few items that I’ve never had in my kitchen and always missed when it came time to store cooking oil instead of just throwing it out. The smaller size is perfect for my home use and for cooking on a smaller scale. I don’t deep-fry very often, but for when I do I now have a great way to store the oil for future use. The can and included strainer are simple and sturdy.

I bought this as a way to store cooking oil for later reuse. The construction is fine. But it's kind of light and flimsy. I could live with that if the lid would somehow lock or tighten. But as it is right now, it sits loose on the canister. This makes it not very ideal for storage as the chance of spilling the oil is fairly high.

Perfect fine mesh that strains out all but the most microscopic particles. Would buy again.

Very good product, good quality. Very useful in kitchen, it keeps oil clean.

Perfect pot i needed for the leftover oil after frying things, keeps the residues up in the sieve and all you get in the pot is clean oil. The sieve mesh is really strong and easy to clean.

Used this product for straining/storing bacon grease and duck fat. Did an amazing job!
