I purchased these a while back as a change from the vermicelli bean noodles and they cook up nice and are pleasant to eat. I am going to purchase again and like that these are organic.

Our family has been eating this brand (made in Taiwan) of bean thread noodles for years and the taste and quality are excellent. In my opinion, the perfect cooking time with the right chewy-ness is 6 minutes. Very versatile, you can toss it in a salad with greens or you can add it to a stir fry. Very yummy.
