Solo Foods Almond Paste Pure, 8 oz. Pack of 12

The product is fresh and I always order in bulk of 8-12 pacs to reduce the overall price of this not so inexpensive product. If you want the best you have to use the best and if it comes out of my kitchen, yah it’s the best! The taste, I mean the melting in your mouth, bursting with real almond butter flavor, authentic Italian style cookies are incredible with this product. Yes it’s pricey but the treat is worth every dime for those you love. Definitely not a bake sale ingredient unless your a complete show-off, but hay nothing wrong with that either. The back-side of the container is a simple 3 ingredient cookie that will make you a winner in any competition! Yummy 😋

This almond paste is moist and easy to mix in recipes as in my favorite, Italian almond cookies, which are gluten-free and delicious. Although they seem expensive, this price is several dollars less than the local grocery stores near me. The quality is consistently good.

I use this for many baking recipes.Only buy Solo brand. Other brands do not compare to this. I purchase a case of 16 and they are always fresh and soft. Great value for an excellent product

I've used Solo Almond Paste for years when making Italian pignoli cookies and have always been pleased. I thought the opportunity to purchase an entire case would be a great way to stock up on the almond paste in preparation for holiday baking.The only problem is the "Best By Date" on the packaging is less than a month from now. Since almond paste contains a lot of sugar, it has a very stable shelf life and the Best By Date is usually well into the future, Not the case with these, leaving me to believe they're just trying to get rid of an older product.
