This medicinal plaster is perfect for me when I am at hula practice. The insides of my feet tend to hurt, so I'll cut a piece of the plaster and place it on my feett while dancing. It surely helps me get through the class. Mahalo!

Camphor and Menthol really help with muscle aches and pain, so it's no surprise these are the active ingredients found here. What I really like about this product is that it comes in a roll and you can cut to size "patches" for areas needed. I apply and leave on for about 12+ hours, no more than 24 hours. The adhesion is great and doesn't come loose. Take your time peeling away from backing so it doesn't stick to itself. Also, since most areas where this will be applied are soft skin areas, take your time slowly peeling away from skin or use a soapy water. Be aware that reapplying frequently to one area can irritate skin. Last thing, the can is great. but you'll want to place the roll in a ziplock bag after removing from original packaging to keep it from drying out.

This tape sticks so well it left welts on my skin when I tried to take it off in the shower. I used it on my lumbar area. I never used it again.

I have chronic neck, back and hip pain that I’ve been struggling with for over 15 years. I have spent thousands of dollars on products and this one is a staple in my arsenal for combating pain. TIP: do NOT use with heat, it can burn your skin. Do NOT use in a hot shower, sauna, while exercising, or anything where your body temp will be warm/hot. Another tip is to not keep the same patch on for too long. I use it overnight at the most but I have built a tolerance to it. This is a strong product and it is why I love it. But please take caution while using.

The plaster in can be cut to size which is very useful and you get twice as much in can vs boxed patches. I've used these plasters for over 12 years on back muscle spasms after acupuncturist gave me a box. They seem to actually pull the pain out of muscles the longer you leave it on, providing constant relief. Friends with muscle spasms attest to this same effect. Warning: It has a strong smell of camphor so you might want to wear at home. The warmer you get, the stronger the smell. The sticky backing adheres to the skin tightly from body heat and has to be peeled off or comes off easily once wet. Plaster effect lasts 12 hours.
