Best fiber supplement ever. The consistency isn't the best but the ingredients are. It has a mild apple flavor and it works! We only use one capful a day.

i tried this for a week and a half, taste was disgusting and did nothing but bind me up. Threw the rest of it out. waste of money.

Water alone, does not due this product Justas.I will be going out and getting: Apple juice and Aloe Vera drink. 50/50 mix. (as the additive).

I used this product in just amounts of 1/4 tspn . Gtube blends . For my 3 yr old. Great source of fiber !

The side of the product was dented in. The product was still sealed and I transferred it to a different container.

I’ve been taking their powder and capsules for a few years. They aren’t cheap and the best value is their subscription IF YOU KEEP UP. I didn’t keep up, especially with the powder, and next thing I knew is I had extra containers in my closet. So I stopped my subscription and buy them as I use them however it’s way more expensive that way. This purchase was because when I tried to buy a single container they wanted me to call them first. Since I didn’t want to be marketed to, I paid $20 more to buy it through Amazon. After reading the reviews all I can say, the product is what it is. I think the taste is fine and I mix the powder into fresh lemon juice with apple cider. The powder does not dissolve all the way but it’s still easy for me to get down. Lastly I feel their products benefit me. My doctor isn’t sold on the purported benefits but I’m a senior and I feel pretty good.One thing for sure, the company is wildly successful.

I love the Fiber and Spice with my oatmeal in the AM. I just found another love this morning. I added a scoup of Vanilla flaored protein to the Fiber and Spice with my oatmeal and boy was that good. I also love the Balance of Nature supplements too. I have so much more energy now that I have been taking the Fiber and Spice with the Veggie and Fruit supplements. Thank you for these great products. KEEP THEM COMING.

Like drinking SAWDUST! Doesn't blend (dissolve) with any liquid. As a matter of fact, liquid makes it awkwardly expand like a blob or strange creature. On day (3), I suffered the most intense abdominal cramping, 2-3 minutes apart, for 4 HOURS! I guess it was the formula working on my digestive system, but the pain made me wonder if something else was happening in my body that might force me to the emergency room of a hospital. WORST, the company does not allow returns if not satisfied. So, I decided to dump the product down my garbage disposal and upon running water into the sink (forgetting about it's expansion properties), realized that was a huge mistake. My (dual) sinks have been clogged for 2 days. This stuff keeps bubbling up and 2 gallons of Drano have not helped. The liquid is just sitting in the sink awaiting its exorcism of this unbelievably gross, slimy, gooey, creepy product. Had to hire a plumber. After removing the pipes and SCRAPING this stuff out, he said the texture was like rubber cement!!! DO NOT BUY! Go with something else.
