Perhaps because the packaging wasn't beautiful (which, even if it was untouched it wouldn't be), I was able to get these for less than half off from Warehouse Deals (always a gamble when its car parts). These come on a piece of cardboard wrapped in shrink wrap, which for some (i.e., Apple customers) will be intolerable. But since these are brake pads, they don't need a fancy presentation. They installed easily and seem to have enhanced braking. I used the existing rotor (which spec'd fine) without any surface refurbishment and there are no squeaks or other issues.

My wife was starting to complain about the brakes on her 05 Yukon. I like to stick with OEM when I can, so when I saw ACDelco brakes at this price, I decided to give it a shot. I have never had ceramic brakes before so i was not sure what to expect. These brakes have surpassed my expectations. Stopping has improved greatly and no more of that ugly brake dust all over the wheels. I cross referenced the part numbers on the ACDelco website to be sure these fit my vehicle as others have claimed these were improperly advertised to fit their vehicle. I would recommend doing that berfore ordering any automotive part to make sure you get the right part the first time. To anyone with a GM vehicle that these brakes will fit wondering about trying ceramic brakes, try these you will not be disappointed.

Buyer Beware: 5 ⭐️ product BUT.... Apparently the item wouldn’t fit my 2001 GMC Z71 stepside. The reason being we finally figured out, was that when the factory manufactured this vehicle, they must’ve been out of the brake pads for a 2001 vehicle. So they utilized old stock and fitted the 2001 with parts that fit a 1999/2000 GMC pick up. My mechanic was able to get the proper ones by purchasing from Amazon after using the VIN to located The correct one on an outside website then went into Amazon and ordered based on that info. This would not have happened had Amazon had a feature where you could put in the vehicle identification number (VIN#) in whole or in part to get the correct item. I wanted anyone who might be purchasing for a 2001 Chevy/GMC might want to double check using the VIN#.

While these are not of the highest quality, they work well on the rear of my truck. I understand that these are made in Asia and sold under the GM label to compete with the other aftermarket brake pads. I saw mixed reports on these pads, but like any other review, I always discount the top and bottom statements as providers or competitors and look for the most common report. They're good. I plan to use a better quality pad on the front where most of the braking is done, but plan to buy another set of these pads to fit my suburban which has the same brakes.

I wanted all ACDelco products for my 2004 Yukon XL. Not because they so much better than everything else, but because much of what comes on your GM vehicle is already ACDelco. I have had no problems with this SUV at all so I didn't want to mess with what was working. These pads were a perfect buy for me. A quality product that was made for my vehicle. A parts store in town wanted 100 to 130 dollars just for rear pads. I will also recommend that you look up the part number and know that what you are getting will work with your application. ALWAYS check multiple sellers before buying car parts.

I installed these on a 2003 Chevy Avalanche. I wanted to have OEM grade brakes for the front and back. All the necessary hardware was provided and present in the box. They fit and installed with no problems at all. They brake very well, and there is zero brake noise. As far as brake dust, I haven't noticed anything excessive. Overall, these are good brakes. You really can't go wrong with ACDelco. ACDelco parts have never let me down, and these have been no different.

Amazon said this part didn't fit my vehicle, but auto parts stores did. I included the AC Delco silver rotors in the install and they fit perfectly!! I'm concerned that Amazon says the parts are incompatible with vehicles that the parts are in fact compatible with, and yet still offer to bundle together. I will not be returning these parts. I was the first person to ever fully service these brakes since the vehicle was built. Someone had to do them, might as well be me.

They fit my '02 Suburban better than the recommended part from AutoZone. Happy that it was a direct fit and came with all the hardware. It's definitely a great value for me. Don't have to go to AutoZone to get the wrong part anymore.
