What I liked the most is that the capsules are easy to take and adapt very well to my daily life. I used to take 'regular' vitamin C. I started taking it when I noticed a 'heavy chest' sensation whenever I would stay awake too long (I suffer with insomnia). When I started taking it, I noticed it had helped relieve constipation when taken at a higher dose (3 pills). Supplement brands are also important, I have noticed. Some brands are more effective than others. Overall, the NOW brand has been one of the best and for a reasonable price.

I’ve been using this liposomal vitamin C for a bit now, and overall I’d say it’s a solid supplement, just not one where you’re going to notice anything dramatic right away. It’s more of a steady, behind-the-scenes kind of support. One of the main reasons I picked this version is the liposomal delivery. It’s supposed to help with absorption compared to standard vitamin C, which is nice in theory and part of what makes it feel a bit more “premium.” I also like that it’s pretty clean ingredient-wise and easy to take daily without upsetting my stomach, which can sometimes happen with higher-dose vitamin C. In terms of actual effects, it’s subtle. I can’t say I feel a huge difference day to day, but I do feel like it’s a good addition for general immune support and overall health, especially during times when I want a little extra coverage. It’s more about consistency than immediate results. Capsules are easy enough to take, and the bottle lasts a while, which makes it convenient. Overall, it feels like a dependable, good-quality product from a brand that’s pretty consistent. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because it does what it’s supposed to do, but doesn’t really stand out in a noticeable way compared to other vitamin C options.

These are not your parents old vitamin c supplements or those joke emergen Cs. Liposomal have way better bioavailability which means they are able to cross the blood-brain barrier and get to your cells more easily. Well worth the added cost cuz you are literally pi$$ing away your money on regular supplements. Do your research and you will see why liposomal rocks!

This product uses liposomal Pureway-C, which is one of the only legitimate liposomal vitamin C formulations on the market. Almost every other product claiming it’s liposomal vitamin C is just ascorbic acid and some form of lipid like sunflower lecithin thrown together in a capsule. Formulations like that don’t actually increase bioavailability at all and are frankly false advertising. This NOW version and one other were the only ones I could find here that actually used a real form of liposomal vitamin C.

Awesome product, however, the shipping time is misleading. Although they do ship it within 3 days, they estimated after the fact that it will be up to 3 weeks upon delivery. Still waiting for my product.
