3 Pack 68" Tomato Cages for Garden - Large Tomato Plant Support Trellis

This is a great product. Very easy to set up. Much sturdier than the circle ring ones. It works for 5 of the tomato plants I got. Only didn't work for a very heavy variety where the tomatoes became too large and heavy and it kept leaning and making this fall sideways. I recommend this product.

I use this system instead of tomato cages as this allows me the flexibility to make them very tall or any shape that I prefer. You can assemble them with just stakes and connectors to form a pole. This works great when the plants are younger. Eventually, they get bigger, and you can disassemble the pole to remove it, and make a larger cage. Eventually, I end up with a 5 stake base that ends up being about 6 feet tall. It's 5 stakes all the way up. I bought enough to do about 5 plants, and I am thinking about buying more! Are they perfect? No. They are bendy, but sturdy enough when assembled with stakes, connectors, brackets. They have fallen over in the wind several times, and I just pull it by the stake (I put bricks down to prevent that). Some of them are slight deformed, but none of it effects how they work ... very well. I bought 5 large size wire cages. And they are great except when the plant is younger. I tried using a step up process with smaller cages. The problem being, the plants grow fast and if you don't do it right away when it needs it, it's difficult to remove the cage without damaging the plant. Since this system can disassemble down to sticks, they can just pull right out. You can make a bigger one around the smaller one, and then just disassemble the smaller one on the inside. I have a system that uses Ram-Pro Loop Grip Clips to keep the stalks attached to a pole or bracket for support. I also use Gloryfox Tomato Plant hooks for support. They are springy and allow the branch to be away from the "cage". The system works great.

Nice supports, but not anywhere near strong or big enough for indeterminate (vining) tomatoes, which is most of what I grow. In fact, by the end of the season, my Romas outgrew them--pulled them right over. But Brandywines? Cherokees? Beefsteaks? Big Cherry tomatoes? No way. They were out of this cage in no time. Great for peppers or patio tomatoes. Easy to assemble and use.

I used this for my tomatoes in 10 gallon grow bags. The best thing is that they're progressive - I can build them to be the height I need them to be. They also pack down into a little box between seasons instead of the wire tomato cages that are kind of an awkward size and take up more space. The downside is the triangle supports are a little tricky to assemble - kind of like a puzzle. But once you do it a few times it becomes more straightforward. They would work well for anyone growing tomatoes - but especially for people who don't have a lot of room to store things over the winter. I would pay full price because I think it's a cool concept and they look nicer/more substantial than wire tomato cages.

The manufacturer has changed their design entirely. I have purchased 5 of these packages because they were so versatile. They are no longer that way. This design only accommodates the triangle design. The horizontal connecting bars no longer have 3 separate clips to connect to the vertical rods. They only have one. The other end has some widget of a thing that only allows a perfect 60 degree connection. Yes they are sturdy, yes they are perhaps even more durable than before. I would absolutely recommend them IF you only want the 60 degree triangle connection. However, they will not fit with the last 5 packages of these that I have purchased. The connecting tubes for the vertical rods are larger. They will not fit with the previous versions of this product. They even come with extra clips that support the plant, which they did not have before. Good product, but it does not fit with what I have already purchased.

I absolutely love this tomato cage! It’s completely adjustable, so as my tomato plants grow, I can easily add more sections to support them. The design is super thick, sturdy, and durable no tools needed at all! It was so simple to set up, and I love that I can just store the extra pieces away until my plants get taller. Highly recommend for anyone who wants something easy, reliable, and long-lasting for their garden! Plus, it’s super affordable for the quality! 10/10 purchase!

I ordered my first set and they were perfectly straight. I quickly realized I could build these sets with any configuration of hight, length, and geometric shape. I thought I was really going to become a tomato growing artist. Well reality struck after receiving a third set. Each of the metal core stakes were slightly bent. The connectors were also slightly bent. Building higher to existing lower sets caused a structural mess and huge eye sore. Building down from the ground up did not work either. I noticed that the crooked set included metal core stakes that were cut flat at the tips, but the first sets each had tips on both ends. Also the connectors were a faded green color. The next problem - the worst problem was customer service. They were friendly, but not helpful. They asked me to send the bad set back. So I would have disassemble the bad set once I received a replacement set with no problem, but I had to disassemble the bad set in 100° weather to send before receiving a replacement set. Meaning this replacement. Is becomes a two day working event. The annoying thing about customer service was it they asked me to send pictures and videos which was also a pain because that was in 100° weather. But the pictures weren’t good enough I actually had to send back the set. What ended up happening was I had to buy another set to get a replacement set and then process the return item. I know the story is getting confusing but I am very frustrated. So I paid for a fourth set and they sent me two sets and ended up giving me back payment for one set. So now I actually had to pay for four sets with a refund of one set so I paid for three sets in total. When I received his next shipment I received one good set an another bad set. You would think that they would’ve did a quality check and made sure that they were sending me out two good sets because I showed them exactly what was wrong with the faulty crooked sets with pictures, descriptions and video. Crazy stuff right? So I had a great idea to try to find this product from another provider. And guess what I found? That these providers also had bad reviews sending out crooked sets. I will say if I could get all straight sets I would have a fantastic looking tomato garden with sturdy connections providing enough support for all my variety of tomatoes. One last note I will say that the customer service agent who was helping me did her best but I think it was management that was causing the problem.

Easy to assemble, can build as high as you need. Durable. Stability is good.

I was originally looking for a specific product to provide support for my Monsterra Deliciosa houseplant. It was out of stock and not known if more coming in. I looked at other plant supports and thought this might be perfect, and even better original item. This one allows me to put it together bit by bit, one level at a time - perfect for my large plant. I currently have it at 2 posts high, and when the plant reaches a higher level, I’ll add the 3rd level of posts. The product comes with enough parts for 3 triangular plant supports. However, I found it worked better for my plant to create a square one. As it is, it appears to be staked firmly in the pot and very sturdy. Perfect for what it was intended to do!
