Very good product!
I had fatty liver and besides making diet changes, I began taking milk thistle. After a year, I went back to the doctor and my liver is normal, and I have to say that I believe this milk thistle has definitely helped my liver

Not upsetting-go for it.
Delivery was fine. Easy to swallow pills. Only gave 4* because I just received. I have not had it long enough to notice anything yet, but I did have 2 vaccines and no issues. No taste really. My energy is the same, but I have high energy. I would recommend though.

Can’t Go Wrong—Great value!
Easy to use/swallow. No ill effects if taken on an empty stomach, but with meals is preferred, up to three times a day. This is my second order of this product. I’m happy with it for liver health.
