Using it in a 1999 F250 SD with the Navistar 7.3L diesel that has 163k miles.The package came as a paper bag with the six bottles, each in a ziplock bag.What the listing doesn't show is that to use in a larger diesel like most pickups have, you need to dump both both bottles in at oil change time.It also makes claims of improved mileage and reduced noise. So I did my oil change, put both bottles in. There is no noise reduction, even well after the 500 miles they said. And no noticeable change in mileage, even using the fuel additive. Seems nothing happened. Lot of hype in their description, but nothing in the results.Also noticed in the bottom of the empty oil additive bottles, a bunch of spots, about 1/4" in size that are mold like in appearance, and move around when shaken. I sure hope whatever it is, these globs aren't also in my engine or oil filter. So much for quality in their manufacturing.What's interesting is that I have no difference, and the $47 I spent is gone money.Even worse, the price just went up to over $75 for the same kit!So I have 6 empty bottles with nothing to show for it.
