I wanted a simple and efficient juicer that is easy to use and to clean, not too large and not too much money. This $16 Black and Decker fit the bill. It is compact, juices efficiently and cleans up easily and quickly. It takes about 5 seconds to juice one half of an orange. The top bowl with the handle twist locks into the base so the unit sits in place securely on the counter when you do the juicing. The reamer changes direction each time you push down making quick work of the orange if you reverse halfway through the process and the amount of pulp is controllable by how large an opening you select on the top tray. The unit is compact (6" in diameter and 9" in height) The cord unwinds from underneath to 30". The reamer and sieve tray comes apart for cleaning and a quick rinse gets rid of the pulp that collects. There is a plastic cover that fits snugly over the reamer and tray to keep everything clean between uses. All in all, it feels robust enough to last for a while and goes through oranges in a hurry. Well worth the tiny cost.

I looked at so many of these citrus juicer‘s and read reviews until I was blue in the face and finally decided to buy this one. I make my own orange juice now and enjoy it fresh every morning. I can see that it might be hard to control the amount of pulp you end up with with this particular model but it doesn’t bother me because I love lots of pulp. Are usually get a couple of bags of oranges and make lots ahead of time, I find this model very easy to use and to clean and I don’t find it noisy at all. I don’t make grapefruit juice but this particular model is also good for larger citrus fruit like grapefruit. I’m very glad I chose this particular model and I would recommend it to anyone!

Really wasn't expecting much given the relatively low price, but this product exceeded my expectations! Easy to use and extracts every bit of juice from oranges.

Love this juicer! I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before purchasing and I made a great choice. Other reviews said it broke easily or was loud. I've been using mine for limes, lemons and oranges almost daily and it's sturdy and really easy to use. It's not silent but I wasn't expecting that and it certainly isn't louder than I thought it should be. I love the dual motion which makes sure it juices everything. It's super easy to clean and set up...so easy I don't think twice about juicing just one lime or lemon as needed for recipes. Definitely a great value for the money especially since it comes with a two year warranty. I figured it would be easier to buy a new one if this one breaks mainly because it is so inexpensive. It's small enough that it easily lives on my kitchen counter and the juicing reservoir is large so you can juice a lot of liquid without having to empty it. I wish I had bought one earlier!
