An exceptionally comfortable, versatile and beautifully designed support pillow
The bbhugme Adjustable Pregnancy Pillow is one of those rare products that genuinely improves comfort and sleep quality, not only during pregnancy but well beyond it. My wife first used one in the months leading up to the birth of our first daughter, and it quickly became indispensable. Since then, it’s become a household favourite - this is actually the third we’ve purchased, as our daughters have each claimed one for themselves. The design is simple but exceptionally well thought-out. The adjustable firmness and flexible shape make it easy to find the right level of support, whether used for sleeping, sitting up, or simply relaxing. The full-body length means it can be positioned to support the back, belly, hips, or legs, offering genuinely adaptable comfort. The Eucalyptus cover on this version is particularly soft and inviting, with a smooth, breathable texture that feels gentle against the skin. It’s also easy to remove and wash, which is essential given how often it’s used. The silicon-pebble ties are a distinctive touch - they look stylish and make adjusting the pillow’s firmness quick and intuitive. One point to note is that the feel can vary slightly between colourways and fabrics. For instance, the dark blue version we owned previously felt noticeably firmer and less pliable than this Eucalyptus model, so it’s worth considering fabric choice carefully depending on personal preference. Overall, this is an outstanding product: well-made, easy to assemble, easy to care for, and genuinely effective in improving sleep comfort. Whether used during pregnancy or simply as a full-body support pillow, the bbhugme delivers lasting comfort, quality and versatility. A comforting purchase in every sense.

Game-changer for sleep — worth every penny
My partner’s been using this daily since the second trimester, and it’s been an absolute lifesaver. The adjustability means she can change the firmness with the pebbles, and the U-shape offers great support whether she’s sitting, sleeping, or stretching out on the sofa. It’s expensive, but honestly feels like a premium product — the cover is soft, breathable, and washes really well. It doesn’t flatten out like some cheaper pregnancy pillows do. Also: she’s sleeping better, which means I’m sleeping better. 10/10 from both of us.

Missing parts. Returned immediately
The product arrived missing parts. There is no cover, and therefore no way to adjust it. It’s too expensive to arrive with missing parts. Have returned it.

Worth the expense
This is definitely the higher end price wise but frankly you get what you pay for. I use a scale of a pound an hour when summing up value for money. My wife loves this and it has relieved a lot of awkward sleeping for her which to me is already value for money. I had looked into the body pillow market quite extensively because of this and reading other reviews chose this knowing it wasn't going to flatten over time or be useless when it arrived. The material is very comfortable against skin and with the very simple but incredibly clever toggles you can adjust the firmness in seconds which is quite unique to this product. Would certainly recommend to pregnant women and anyone looking to solve a positional comfort problem. It is expensive but for me well worth the extra spending. There are a tonne of different designs out there which all eventually fail. This one won't. It's that simple.

Expensive but very comfortable.
This is great. I haven’t had any other pregnancy pillows so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I’ve found it very helpful to get comfortable at night. I can imagine it’s going to be great when baby is here too- to help with breastfeeding and sitting up. I love the colour and washable cover too. It’s very expensive though, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Flexible enough to be used in many ways
I bought this early in my pregnancy and I was just hugging/putting it between my knees in the beginning. I was suffering from pelvic girdle pain and felt it wasn’t helping till my physio told me to put it under my ribs and then between my legs and ankles - since that adjustment the pillow has done me wonders with my sleep and my pain. I wanted to even take it with me on holiday but it was a bit too big to fit in my bag. Definitely worth the investment and I even use it to sit on while I watch tv on my couch as it really helps with my PGP.

Excellent pregnancy pillow
I absolutely love this pillow, it’s just the right level of supportive, stays firm when needed and can be easily moulded to a shape to support you exactly the way you want. I’m 27 weeks now and couldn’t sleep without it, it’s great. The cover is a great soft feel, and the contents are made of some magical substance that seems to be able to be firm or soft depending what you need. It’s great that it’s a long sausage shape as you can curl it around into a position that suits you rather than being a set shape. You just take it with you when you roll over from one side to the other which I now do automatically without thinking. Only complaint is that the harder toggle bit at the end does sometimes end up where you want your face to rest - but it’s a good feature because it allows you to change the firmness of the pillow. Also the pillow is at the pricier end of the spectrum, but I would say worth every penny! Ours is called Mrs Sausage, my husband says it has replaced him but I keep finding him curled up with it too, an excellent purchase!

Comfortable but very expensive
I held off getting this pillow because it's very very expensive. However, by week 26 of pregnancy I had pelvic girdle pain and my other, cheaper pillow wasn't helping. In desperation I got this one. It is really nice, it's soft and firm at the same time, and stays cool which was perfect in the summer. It did immediately help with the PGP, although I did start seeing a physio a week later as well. It's very comfortable compared to my previous one. Negatives: The cover has stained very quickly, I assume from just stretch mark cream on I may have had on (I don't use it when using Bio Oil though), and covers are very expensive to replace. Also, after 4 weeks of use I had had to pull it tight, and again a week later, it seems to be shrinking and getting softer? I don't want to pull it too much in as the things that keep the cover on are very tight and a friends one ripped so I'm left with quite a squishy pillow, which is still comfortable but means the middle gets almost flat and the edges get much more full... plus those things that keep it on are very hard rubber, not the most comfortable when you put your face on it in the night. I'm 36 weeks pregnant now and still find it comfortable, plus not as much pelvic pain (still seeing a physio too). So, is it worth it? Yes I think so compared to my old one. Is it overpriced, yes. Do you just pay anything to try and sleep for more than one continuous hour in pregnancy, it seems so!
