Is it supposed to be a little sour? And colour like riped taramind
Is this supposed to be alittle sour? And smell somewhat like fermented tamarind. Also colour like a tamarind. Not like shiro miso. It got stuck at assam for 3 weeks due to fear of corona

Didn't suit my palate
I don't know if this is how miso is supposed to taste but it is awful. Tried to make miso broth ramen but ended up throwing it away. Tastes bitter and kind of rotten. Don't recommend
