In my opinion that might be but I didn't trust the information since I did not know how they were tested The screws are tiny! I used four on a 2000# wheeled load, purchased 3/8" bolts, and attached the bolts through the steel frame. I have had no problems at all even on rough roads and tight breaking. **Q: Want to use for bed tie down points in truck - do these rattle/flop around or are they tight?** A: They are strong anchoring points, but will rattle due to looseness. But I don’t think you will hear it from the truck cab.
