Fair price, good quality
I am very happy with this toilet seat. Installation is very easy as the toilet seat realises and clips back giving more room when fitting.The colour is white... Plastic white so it's alittle lighter than the rest of the ceramic toilet... I do not see this as a problem.Fits my D shaped toilet bowl as described and has a inch or more you could set it for a bigger or smaller bowl.The quality of the plastic is fine, is comfortable to sit on and hasn't disclosures or stained.The product is very good value for money, the replacement from the manufacturer of my toilet was 3 times more!

Poor Quality - Wrong Instructions - Parts Missing
This is really cheap and poor quality.It was supplied with two sets of fitting instructions, but neither correct for this seat.Even with correct instructions, it would be impossible to fit, as there are parts missing (the parts to affix the seat to the bottom of the pan).The seller is making it just as hard as can be to return. They are insisting that no parts are missing, which is wrong. With just the parts supplied, it would be impossible to secure the seat to the pan, which would be dangerous.Diamond Packaging are the single worst seller I have ever experienced on Amazon.

notes ref toilet seat
the seat was good worked well. problem with the fittings supplied, which are not fit for purpase. they are not sturdy enough to hold the unit rigid. I had to use fittins from the old unit tosecure it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very white compared to cream white of porcelain toilets
Easy fit toilet seat. Does what it says on the label.However it is very bright white compared to the normal white of a porcelain toilet.

Good value buy
Taken aback by the brilliant whiteness - they really mean white! Rather flimsy, but functional.

Faulty seat
The item arrived quickly and fitting was easy. Within five weeks one of the item started showing signs of faulty manufacturing, the seat would no longer slow close but the lid continue to do so.
