Review: Easy to use and store, great value and good quality! Game changer for poor sleep and back pain! - Excellent item and cannot rate highly enough. Have used this item every evening and some mornings since it arrived. Takes some getting used to but the benefits that come from regular use speak for themselves. From struggling to get more than a few hours of poor quality sleep to full 7 hours of deep sleep a night in the matter of a few sessions. Some side effects to start with but was mainly due to my lack of knowledge and gung-ho approach to using it. Shorter sessions to start with would have been better and drinking more water (fluids). Item itself is good quality, washable and stores neatly and easily in it own carry bag. Very easy to use and plenty of information on the web for how to achieve the best from it.

If you need to make slight position adjustments do it very slowly. Start with a t shirt or pj's on and after a few times move to no clothes. I find it really helps with pain and helps me sleep. I don't use it every night but probably a couple of times a week. The nextday I always feel more relaxed in myself and usually the pain has disappeared. For the price it's very effective, for me anyway.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective pain relief

I bought this after straining my lower back. I'd already had some treatment via the osteopaths but I was struggling with relieving pain whilst at home. I saw a similar product to this on Instagram and thought I'd look into it. It arrived within the week, during a lockdown no less. I'll admit I was surprised at how small it was but I'm 5"2 and I'm able to comfortably fit the separate pillow under my neck whilst lying on the mat. I also got my family members to try it, who are all taller, and they can use it no issue. As for the 'pain factor' I honestly don't notice the little flower-shaped spikes and the pillow helps to elongate my spine. I've found that it stretches me out and cracks my lower back, relieving tension, just by lying flat. Very happy with my purchase, just think for taller/broader people it could be a bit small.
