This is a very good Omega 3. I prefer it over others.

Excellent quality and effectiveness
I started taking this supplement as an alternative to HRT for hot flashes and other menopause issues. It has been amazing, better than HRT for me without the risks, and instead with many positive side effects such as thicker, healthier hair, stong nails, and less inflammation overall. I have not had a hot flash in years thanks for this supplement.

Great Company!
I have always liked the Barlean products especially the flax seed oil. The liquid is probably a little better for women but it’s so convenient to take the pills. I take one with every meal. I believe it is really good for your skin, hair and your heart health. Also for inflammation. Been taking the pills for years and have gotten a lot of compliments on my skin and I’m 70 years old. Would recommend this for everyone women.

Best brand you can buy
I have used Barleans flax seed il capsules before and they are wonderful. It is important for our body to have this essential vitamin to use and Barleans is they best you can buy. This is an essential vitamin and more people should read about it and use it. I can feel the need for it in my body and using it makes a huge difference in my overall health.

Nice supplement
This is a well made brand of supplements. This is so nice for daily use for inflamation. Start with one a day. Then in a month or so begin two. Nice for body aches.

I can tell the difference in my mood!
I found out quite by accident that flaxseed is a mood lifter for me. I'd tried flaxseed muffins and noticed I was feeling really good afterwards... the difference in me was so profound, in fact, that I actually looked up flaxseed to see if I was imagining things...Now, I don't know if flaxseed will help everyone, but I certainly appreciate the difference in MY well-being. I try not to have flaxseed muffins too often (calories!) ... so I'm taking supplements instead. I'm a believer!
