Perfect Color; Two Years of Awesome
I used this along with another purple to do a gradient and it turned out amazingly. I love Splat's box sets and I'll probably be using them for many years still.

It's alright.
I hated it. So I had bleached highlights in my medium brown hair and dyed it. It looked fine after I washed it and went to bed but when I woke up my hair was pretty the color it was before I dyed it. It stained my head horribly and stained lots of other stuff. Since it washed out I decided to re-dye it again using conditioner and it turned out to be a pinkish purple color. In the end I liked it, but it didn't turn out how I was expecting.

Fantastic! My new favorite color
Fantastic! My new favorite color! However, be warned that this NOT A LAVENDER color. It is purple. I had dyed blonde hair before I used this, so I didn't use the bleach. It is fantastically bright, and has lasted me a month. When it starts to fade, it turns a pink color on the ends, which looks cool, so u don't have to worry it will turn a gross color as it fades. Love it, and get tons of compliments on it!

Color looks awesome on hair (I got purple)
Color looks awesome on hair (I got purple), but it fades too fast, after a few weeks. I like Sparks better.

It turned out awesome. We used as directed but left the dye ...
We used Aqua on Top and Lavender underneath. It turned out awesome. We used as directed but left the dye on for an hour because her hair is really thick.

You'd better REALLY LIKE this color.
I can't say anything in regards to the bleaching section of this kit, since I didn't use it. Since I started going grey in highschool, and by now I'm 80% silver, the bleach seemed a little redundant. I'd been dying my hair black, and decided that tossing lavender on top of silver roots would look cool. Which, it did. The lavender comes out a nice color, and you'd better REALLY LIKE that color, and ALL associated hues.... since you are going to end up staining EVERYTHING with it; clothes, towels, pillowcases, the headrest in your car... you name it, if it comes in contact with your head, the dye will leach onto it.It's been a week and a half since I've dyed my hair. By now I've tried washing this color out more times than I care to admit. There's a towel on my pillow to save my pillowcases... I've started wearing gloves when blow-drying my hair, I'm only wearing dark shirts so my cute light colored tops won't acquire a lavender-pinkish gradient and I refuse to wear any of my hats because I like them too much to subject them to this color.Interestingly enough, the black dye (from garnier fructis) hasn't budged, nor has it ever threatened to stain anything.I'm contemplating going to a salon and throwing money at them to make my lavender nightmare end.Edit: Okay, I've tried putting fantasy colors from other companies over my silver roots. NOTHING is making a dent in that silver, and yet this lavender has decided that it really likes my head and isn't going anywhere, thank you very much... it's like it's mocking all the other dyes. The lavender is STILL in my hair. What the heck?!I stand corrected. This is a pretty awesome product. It's still turning my hands lavender when I wash my hair though. That part still sucks.
