These are my favorite knives. I use them every day. They are very sharp and easy to use.

Handy size thin little knife that sharpens easily and is great for small jobs. It is flexible and light. Would buy again but don't think I will need to for quite awhile.

After having used Victorinox knives, paring knives included, for over 35 years, I can say from both home & professional experience that these knives are hard to beat. They are easy to sharpen and, if handled correctly, will last for decades. The handles are textured to avoid slippage whether your hands are wet or slippery from fat or blood. I purchased my first Victorinox knife in 1988 and I still have them! Once the paring knives were made in colors, I quickly grabbed some and now give them as gifts to family and friends. Highly recommended! Try these paring knives, in whatever color you prefer, and you won't use any other brand!

These are my favorite paring knives. Love the handle, which your hand doesn’t slip at all when wet. Knives are sharp too. This was a double pack I bought and liked them so much I bought another double pack. I now have 2 green and 2 black. Great paring knives.

Sharp, durable, inexpensive...what's not to like? Buy them for yourself or give to a loved one! Just remember, if you give these as a gift, be sure to tape a small coin to them so the person knows these knives are given in love and friendship. (Unless you hate the person!) Enjoy!!!!!!

The sharp paring knives make cutting fruit and vegetables so easy. They are razor sharp so be careful! Replace when they get dull.
