I use this scrub after using a foaming facial wash with no ill affects. It is a very gentle scrub and leaves my face feeling smoother than before. I don’t use it every day - maybe once/twice per week.

Can I use this with a facial brush?

I Don't know your skin type, unfortunately it was a little to abrasive for me as I have sensitive skin so not for me.
