I have arthritis in my knees and decided to try these for gardening instead of my kneeling mat. They are worth every penny. As far as I am concerned they are an excellent product, ideal for the purpose that I purchased then for.

Very comfortable the hard plastic shell gives extra protection and the Strong Foam & Gel Padding gives them comfort. The elastic straps are strong enough to hold the pads in place without being to tight with plenty of adjustment in the straps. The straps fasten easy to the fastening studs on the pads and unfasten just as easy

As a professional floor layer, knee pads are probably the single most important bit of kit you can own. I've gone through numerous types of knee pads over the years, from expensive premiums to bargain no-brands. So you can imagine my surprise that these are among the best knee pads I've owned! (This is my second pair.)The outer is very sturdy and hard-wearing, nothing is going to penetrate these. The inner is a combination of foam and silicone gel, making them extremely comfortable over long periods. After a week or two they will mould to your own knees, making them even more comfortable. The straps with their quick-release latches are excellent, far better than velcro which tends to wear with use and come apart very quickly. My previous pair lasted me for well over a year, being used 4-8 hours per day, five days per week, which is outstanding. It's true they can be a bit bulky for walking around in, but if you're on your knees most of the day then this is hardly a concern. I definitely recommend these to any trade.PRO TIPS for those complaining about the knee pads slipping: Cross the straps! (ie, attach the bottom strap to the top latch, and vice versa.) This prevents the pads slipping anywhere. Also, if you have issues with the straps coming loose, adjust them to a comfortable fit and then KNOT the straps! No more coming loose. Problems solved.

I needed a pair of knee pads whilst helping my nephew lay some vinyl flooring. What a godsend it took about three hours to cut around nooks and crannies and for all that time I was on my knees. I didn't even notice the hard floor they are so comfortable and well cushioned. I noted some customers had problems with the straps but I can honestly say I strapped these on and didn't need to adjust them/refit them. Once you have tightened the straps they stay in place. I also like the quick release method of removing them. In my opinion they are certainly excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I bought these to use for some outside DIY and gardening. Other similar-looking brands shoiuld have same features. Apart from seemingly designed for a giant, the snap catches at sides are easy to engage but not so easy to get off. If you use for gardening the ribbed faces are likely to get clogged with soil. Comfortable, but heavy. So you have to keep re-adjusting or they slip down legs. I have found it easier to leave around my ankles until I need to kneel down. Something smaller, smooth-faced, and with velco would be better fot gardening.

I’m currently doing a job that requires me to be on my knees most of the day and my knees were suffering greatly.I’ve had these knee pads for about 5 days now and the relief on my knees is fantastic. A good quality and durable pair of knee pads that are very comfortable to wear. Excellent!

Heavy duty professional knee pads.I purchased these for my son who works on his knees a lot as a welder.The good: very well made and sturdy. Protects knees very well with no discomfort.Bad: the straps at the back continually slip which is annoying but have not affected and comfort of the pads.All in all a good purchase, but I feel the straps need a review.
