Good value for money
I was using the Medela manual pump and could hardly extract any milk. I thought i had lost it but decided to buy this electrical pump to give it a final go, not expecting much. The milk seems to have returned although i dont have much anyway, but quite happy and impressed. There are 2 settings for extraction, low and high, i am using the high intensity because i dont have much milk at the moment. Within the settings you can also regulate the level of extraction. It is quite simple to use and quite comfortable compared to the Medela manual pump. You can extract both side at the same time but i struggle to keep the bottles upright so i only use one bottle and alternate. The speed of extraction depends on the setting and how much milk you have but it is fairly quick, at least compared to my manual one.

If you’re expressing, forget manual ones get this instead!!! A must buy
Really great purchase, easy to assemble, got a great amount on the first go. I had a manual one before this and I gave up on expressing but saw the price and reviews and thought I would give it one last try definitely worth the purchase.The massage is great to stimulate before expressing and the ability to control the pressure and suction is great.Comes with extra valves which is great and holds 150ml in each bottle.Even comes with tips on how to express and common issues with expressing and how to help.

Seems dodgy!
This is an ok breast pump but not great and in hindsight I wish I’d invested the money into a known brand and have been kicking myself that I didn’t return it as soon as I opened the box. The packaging and instructions have very questionable English, it claims to be BPA free but I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t. More concerningly the electrics seem dodgy and I wouldn’t want to leave it charging whilst out of the house. For example, when it drops a battery level, for some reason it changes the programme which is quite painful if switching to the stronger programme. It also gets very hot when left charging. I’ll use it if desperate but I’m already looking for something else.*edit* the pump now completely loses its charge during a 10min session of pumping so has been returned.

Good value product but lacks a USB plug adaptor
I purchased this as a gift to new parents. They have been pleased with the product as it works well, is lightweight and have had no issues with it so far.I was a bit disappointed to find there was no USB plug adaptor included. Most people will use this plugged into their home plug sockets so you end up having to purchase a USB plug adaptor on top.Time will tell how good this product is, but compared to premium brand competitors, its a good value item.

Fantastic product and great price
Bought to use for my second child. Never wanted to breast feed but wanted to try and give her some breast milk. Used a hand pumo for my first child and that was too much hassel. I purchased this as it was cheap so it wouldn't matter if it wasn't the best or I had to stop. So glad I did as it is amazing. It's quiet and charges quickly. Very comfy to use and managed to get more than enough milk. No need to spend hundreds on well known brands. I just collected it in the bottles supplied and poured it into separate pouches.

Lifesaver
Been using this since I had my new baby. We had a rough start in hosp and I needed a pump at home that was on my budget. Comfortable and easy to use. 2 settings at differents speeds. The size of the pump is so discreet, like a mobile phone. It's light as well. Good value for money compared to other pumps in the market. Additionally, they have very excellent customer service.

Works well
Initial pump motor failed after two hours cumulative use. Seller arranged a replacement and it arrived promptly, along with a digital thermometer/ hydrometer by way of an apology. Only used the replacement once so far (15 minutes) and it works great.Very handy pump, easy to use, easy to clean, straight forward assembly.

Works but you do need to fiddle with it
About as easy to clean as most pumps I've tried. The motor/electronic part is easy to use. It is kind of noisy but I can live with that. One thing that does bother me is that the suction on one side of the pump seems stronger than the other. You need to fiddle with it a bit to get both sides to work well but it was much cheaper than alternatives I've seen.
