Loloi Skye Blush/Grey 7'-6" x 9'-6" Area Rug

I bought this for my daughter‘s college room and I couldn’t believe the quality for the cost. It looks like it’s going to be very durable. And easy to clean, which was super important to me. The material is pretty comfortable and I was really surprised that there wasn’t any folds in it when it came. It was rolled up nice and when we folded it out, there was no wrinkles at all. I didn’t have to put anything under it to prevent it from slipping, so that was amazing too. I’d highly recommend this to anyone needing a rug that they need to just put down and use. The colors were spot on to what it looked like on the website so I was happy about that. So many times I get something off the Internet and it looks nothing like it did in the pictures. The quality for the price is of 100% worth it.

I have an odd transition from my dining area to my eating area, so when I realized this rug was available in an oval shape and larger size, I had the solution to my floor plan issue. The colors are quite saturated and beautiful if no direct light hits the rug. It’s very dark. It’s thicker and more structured than my previous Loloi rug and I was happy to see that. It is much easier to vacuum than the very thin printed rugs. I have ordered the runner to place by my sink cabinets. I have included a close up so you can see the colors. I was surprised by the brighter pink detail but I got an excellent sale price and this was not a deal breaker for me.

Umm…I have a problem. Since the first step is admitting it, here goes - I am obsessed with these rugs! Seriously. I have them in all different sizes throughout the downstairs of my home. I bought what is referred to as Terracotta & Skye but I don’t think the online pics do this rug justice. I purchased one a few months ago cause the price was amazing (I think it was a lightning deal or maybe just a really good deal). Anyway, I immediately loved the colors and was impressed with the quality. The material has a little thickness, is very soft, and lays flat almost immediately. It is not one of those weird blanket-type rugs but it’s not super heavy either. Anyway, back to the colors - while there is some terracotta, I’d call it more of a wine/burgundy with mint green but not Christmasy- definitely year round. My description doesn’t make it sound better but because there are so many other muted colors in the rug, it works really well. I can’t believe I wrote all this about a rug but I do really like them and am impressed with th colors and material!

Beautiful design, perfect for a kitchen runner, and looks richer than expected. I originally purchased a rug from this brand a couple of months ago for under my dining table because I had a very awkward, hard-to-find size. This was one of the only companies that carried the dimensions I needed. I liked the design and colors, but the rug itself was on the thinner side, and you can tell the pattern is more printed than woven or heavily embellished like a higher-end rug. Because of that, I was a little unsure about ordering the matching runner. I worried it might feel too “matchy” or look cheap in comparison. I’m happy to say I was completely wrong. The runner is beautiful. It looks rich, finished, and far more elevated than I expected. The colors are warm and sophisticated, and it adds so much character to my kitchen. Even paired with the dining rug, it doesn’t feel overwhelming or overly coordinated, it actually ties the space together perfectly. The runner is thin and fairly lightweight, which is worth noting. On my linoleum kitchen floors, it does tend to slip, so I’ll be adding a non-slip rug pad underneath. I actually see this as a positive. The thinner profile makes it ideal for a kitchen, and I think adding a cushion will not only prevent slipping but also improve the overall feel underfoot. I live in a small studio and this setup is temporary, so this runner is exactly what I needed. Stylish, affordable, practical, and visually impactful without being precious. If you’re looking for something that looks far more expensive than it is and works especially well in a kitchen or high-traffic area, I’d absolutely recommend it. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Love these rugs! They are thick enough they are not flimsy. I have hard wood floors so i did get a rug pad for my living room one and it made it perfect. I did not get pads for the runners and they are still ok also They do slip on the hardwood so i need something to hold those it place. I have ordered a lot of other runners for other places in my house and they all have been much thinner. I would recommend. Edit 3 weeks later. The color is stamped on which is fine. It is beautiful but….after 3 weeks i already have 2 quarter size spots where the stamp has scrapped off and the beige color of the rug is prevalent. It is disappointing. Time will tell how long it will be before i feel the need to replace it.

These rugs are great if you have kids and pets, or both! Clean up nicely and you can vacuum easily. Stains come right off. I even used my carpet cleaner on one after a few years and it looks like new. Soft under your feet. I have 4 of these rugs and for the money you can’t beat it. They are thin but I’m ok with that. They come rolled, not folded, which is good too bc there is no waiting period to flatten

****Reduced rating to one star. See update below. First and foremost as a buyer you should know this is a printed design, which is fully disclosed in the description of the rug. I’ve seen some Loloi printed rugs that are hideous (like a 1992 Xerox machine was used to make it), and this isn’t one of them. It’s kind of like a Ruggable brand rug if you are familiar with that design, although this carpet was at a much lower price point per square foot (and this rug is not machine washable, but I mean, that’s not usually a thing anyway). I knocked a star off because I do believe these carpets are overpriced considering there is no actual weave. But I’m SO SICK of carpet shopping and just bit the bullet cuz....I’m over it. That said, I’m pleased with the aesthetic of this rug. It is only up close (as in, you’re on your hands and knees staring cross eyed at your rug) that it looks “faux.” From standing, it totally passes. I’m not looking to spend $1000 plus on a rug at this time in my life, so this worked for me. I also purchased a 1/4 inch rug pad to place beneath this - to prevent slippage and give more cushion. I’d recommend that. Overall, I think this is cute and I’m happy with the purchase. ****Update: we’ve now had this rug for a few months. We’ve discovered some metal shavings/tiny spikes embedded within the textile of this carpet in one spot that’s about the size of a quarter. I imagine it was something that occurred during manufacturing. We have had to carefully remove these shards with look like tiny nails (without a head) about the thickness of a straight pin. I can tell he feel that there are several more inside, but the only way to remove them would be to cut the material, which of course would destroy the rug. But leaving them there would result in what happened today - pieces working their way out over time and someone steps on it. Super disappointed because I’m now outside the return window and there no manufacturer contact information on my order.

Gorgeous rug! It pains me to have to had return this because I need a 10ft, not an 8ft. But I can’t wait to buy this again one day for a new home. Such a gorgeous detail. Also, it’s a very low pile rug, this absolutely needs a rug pad underneath. It’s not even a low pile actually, it’s flat. But you know what, it’s easy to clean, and looks great in the kitchen or hallway where there is a lot of foot traffic. I wouldn’t prefer this for a living room or bedroom only because I like more of a low-medium pile rug in those areas. But if you don’t mind the pile and want this for the detailing, this is the rug. The colors are beautiful and I have a neutral home. This rug adds color but it’s not overly vibrant where you’re just staring at the floor. But it does draw your attention because of the subtle color variances and is very eye catching for its intricacy. Highly suggest this rug. This rug would also work very well in a front entrance of a home, a bathroom, or even a dining room.

I am a fan of loloi area rugs. I just really wish they had non slip backings like others of this no-pile vintage style. Beautiful to look at and feels good under foot. Just be prepared to use a non slip layer underneath.

The runner came quickly and fit the space perfectly. The colours are rich and the material is durable. I would recommend.

I love this rug so much I’ve bought 3. I have dogs, and kids - it is a printed rug but has a nice weight. Dog hair and spills don’t stick. It’s thicker than a washable rug. Has a non slip backing. I receive tons of compliments on it - and it’s affordable.

It’s a shame it came dirty/stained with some black soot. Other than that, the runner was great. The colour is a little more green than I thought it would be.
