Very comfy
It is a very nice product once it is set up. I read a few reviews complaining about instructions. They were not that hard to follow, although they could have been better written. Just a few things seemed unclear such as installing the brackets under the bar. It took quite a long time to get the bolts in but once I moved the locking nut in between the bracket and the frame it went much smoother. And putting the cover over the back of the frame should be done first or you will rip it along one side as we did. Other than that I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

CAREFUL: Despite the picture and reviews leading you to believe this is a full size futon/couch, it is NOT. This is a CHAIR. The product quality seemed ok in general, but I would never pay this price for a chair of this type/quality - for the full size futon, yes. Unfortunately Amazon lost some money on shipping/returning this item and I was inconvenienced, but overall their policy was great as always. They should update the picture and reviews to match the item. Both are very deceiving. Part of the description for instance: "The rumba perfect sit & sleep is both a very comfortable sofa and sleeper." Sofa does not imply "chair". From one of the reviews: "Its not quite a full but it prettty close. we can loosley fit full/queen sheets on it when its converted to a bed."

Buy the queen size bed. Avoid all substitutes.
I still have this product. I would NOT buy another one and would purchase an actual bed instead,

Good futon well made
Good futon well made. The skirt on the front and back keep falling though. They need to us a better sticking velcro.

The convertible sofa is actually comfortable. What is horrible are the instructions.

Not as depicted
Good solid futon overall. Relatively easy to construct and sturdy. However, didn't come with the armrest cushions depicted in the picture.

It is a beautiful, comfy
Had no problems at all the people complaining didnt clearly read the decription of the item or ordered the wrong item. It is a beautiful, comfy, well made in the usa futon! Had no problems reading the directions and building. i got the queen sized futon and have been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now! Its great! Very solid

Had to go to manufacture site to find out it was futon style. Returned it. Good service from Amazon.
