Disappointed
These came in a crushed box that looked like it was in a warehouse for 20 years and bag the glasses go in was in terrible shape. I decided I would try them anyway as I was leaving for Alaska in a couple days. They ended up being way to large for my face and the side guards continually popped of. A waste of $170.

Side Shields are wrong sided.
I thought all the previous comments about the side shields being wrong sided are just bad QC. But the set I got has two right side shields as well. It’s probably not a lemon, but a real manufacturing issue.

Delivery sucked! Sidescreens inop!
Love these glasses for NM sandstorms: comfortable, durable, and polarized. BUT: the flimsy 1 layer cardboard box in the shipping envelope was crushed on one corner which slightly deformed the right shade's upper tab causing it to not adhere to the frame. (see odd angle of tab on left) Tabs on previous glasses were brass, as I recall, and could be reshaped. For now Sandstorms Rule!

The Good:-Blocks most of the light! Even (especially) that annoying light that comes in at the perfect angle and makes it so you can see your eyeball and all your greasy pores reflecting back at you in super HD zoom!-Great lenses, the color and clarity are addicting, even if they are a tad bright and let too much light through. The reflective color is very attractive.-Solid frame. No issues here, but I would keep an eye on the flexible ends, they feel like they might disintegrate after not too long.-Real leather, not that $10 "genuine leather" wallet you got on clearance at the department store. Looks and feels like exactly what you're looking for.-Light weight. The Bad:-These are quite narrow. Maybe I have a big head or a fat face, but the lenses are too close together and the leather doesn't really fit the way it should.-The center leather isn't cut to match the frames, there are some clashing angles and odd overhang (if you're anal about that sort of detail. I am.) The little snap gets the job done but doesn't look pretty.-People will think you are into steampunk cosplay and not just a fan of functionality. No, I don't "study the blade."The Ugly:-The little hooks that keep the leather side pieces attached to the frames DO NOT HOLD. I've had the hook give out and the assembly snap me in the eye while I was just sitting around. You can give them a firm bend back into place but it only lasts so long. Why would you make such beautiful leather attachments and then put these terrible little fasteners on there?I paid $169.95. The price as I'm writing this (6/28/18) is inexplicably below $120. I wouldn't pay more than $60 for these even if I was in a bind. The description uses pretty words and phrases that make you think that this company is making glasses made as well as they were made 125 years ago, I am here to say that these are just another pair of mall-stand glasses imported from God-knows-where to make a profit.
