    My bumper is stuck!!!  What a disappointment!

Neato Botvac 65: We loved this robot.  Just what we wanted.Very efficient at mapping, smart, finds new areas very well, quick, and most importantly cleans well with good suction.  Love the way it automatically returns to the base for charging.  But our happiness died within a month.  It started showing "My Bumper is Stuck" message and started climbing sofa legs.  I could not get rid of it with whatever suggestions I could find online (I didn't try to open any screws, because I should not have to).  Then found lot of gory stories about this bumper stuck issue and also came to know from friends that many of them returned it due to the same problem.  I ran to Costco and returned mine too.  As soon as I mentioned about the issue to the agent there, he immediately told me the error code... that popular this thing is.  Costco is not selling this anymore.  A good product with a killer defect!Just received iCLEBO Arte.  Let's see how that goes.  (I don't like iRobot because it's goes random)

    Keeps getting stuck under sofa - How smart is this smart vacuum?

I love how methodical this vacuum is so that every spot in the house gets vacuumed. However it has a major flaw: The sensor/scanner does not appear to calculate height very well so that it keeps getting stuck under my sofa. This has caused some cosmetic damage to the aqua-color circle cap at the top of the vacuum and is incredibly annoying because it interrupts the cleaning until I am able to set it free. I wish I could just turn it on and forget about it but it is simply not the case. Still debating whether to keep or send back...
