Thirstystone Occasions Coaster, Grand Bazaar-V, Multicolor

These coasters are incredibly beautiful and are workhorses to boot! They have the appearance of some expensive, exotic, antique work of art, but are sturdy, roomy, waterproof AND have a cork bottom that prevents damage to tables.So many coasters are ugly, juvenile, jokey, and just plain tacky. I can't even describe how many, many I looked at that were unattractive and junky looking. Then there were the ones that were plain cork or absorbent material that leaks through and leaves a ring on the table anyway. And there are coasters that are made of glass or tile with nothing to protect the table and nothing distinctive about the look. Last of all there are high-end coasters that are incredibly expensive. I was surprised at how hard it was to find coasters that fill my requirements for look and functionality at a reasonable cost.I noticed in my search that this particular brand - Thirstystone Coasters have produced many varieties of coasters that are extremely nice and well priced. I bought several sets in different styles and love them all. Highly recommended!

I've had these for a few months now and I am really happy I purchased this set of Thirstystone coasters. The design of these looked like an Oriental rug in bright, warm hues.The top of the coaster is smooth and feels almost painted. The sides of the coasters wick in moisture from your glass, so it gets absorbed before ever touching your table! They're awesome and I've ordered another set too.

These coasters are regular old square tiles with a design printed on them with attateched cork bottoms.. not absorbent as stated at all.. if you are looking for a good coaster for your wooden end table or coffee table do not go with these as all condensation from any glass will spill over the tile onto your wood

Nicely made, and design is beautiful, but as another reviewer said, the colors are quite muted. If you're looking for BRIGHT colors, these are not for you.

These coasters are beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments. The quality is very good and the colors are subdued not too bright just as I had hoped for. I bought 2 sets and LOVE them. I would highly recommend these Thirstystone coasters they are very absorbent and leave no rings when a glass is sweating on them.

Water pools on top and roll off to the table. Do not use for glasses that sweat, your furniture will be ruined.

Pretty but too big for the Thirtystone holder.

They're beautiful but not quite add absorban add I expected. I love them though!

NOT thirsty stone, I have a real set. Misrepresented. I can buy this for a buck at the looney store. SERIOUSLY disappointed!!!!
